To add to all of the above the salon environment is really warm, welcoming and friendly, your always guaranteed to be greeted with a smile by all the staff here. I was apprehensive at first as there's a significant scar on the back of my head which I'm self conscious of but my worries instantly melted away when I was greeted cheerfully at the door. I discussed with Lauren what I wanted in terms of style and she listened and suggested suitable ideas to fit my needs. She was kind, respectful and gentle. I instantly felt relaxed with her and knew I was in good hands! Then I was taken to have my hair shampooed by a delightful young lady who's name currently evades me I'm ashamed to say, and she took such good care of me, I can't remember the last time I felt so relaxed. Just what I needed after a tough few months. I returned to Lauren to have my hair cut and I was transformed into the most elegant looking version of myself I've ever seen. It was such a treat to have some much needed self care from a deeply caring team. I can't thank them enough for my beautiful haircut, as well as their kindness and care.
