The most convenient thing about the firm is that they're right next door to King Street bus station. For at least three years, any time I've had to use Town Cars, I've never had to wait more than five minutes. Friendly staff, smart drivers, clean cars, affordable fares and they tell you what the fare will be up front. Can't recommend them highly enough.”

    “I have always used Abbey Taxi's for years because the customer service is fantastic, I would recommend other customers to use the app as it is easier to request the address you are getting picked up from and where you are getting dropped off. The office staff are lovely and have helped me in many situations in the past, including allowing me to wait until I was ready to get a taxi from the rank after finishing an overnight shift from work. The drivers are lovely and patient as well as understanding if you are having a hard time (many a time they have been able to make me feel better after a hard shift at work, they are always smiling and really talkative. I have never had a bad interaction with any drivers or office staff and have been a loyal customer for the past 6 years, if I could give a higher rating I would.”

The only time I had an issue with a pick up, it was because I gave the wrong pick up address. They helped me figure out where I was, and picked me up without a sour attitude. Will definitely use them every time I come back!”
