“Got my self a nasi goreng. Absolutely generous portion. Having lived in east Asia sometime back, this is the only place I have come across having close to the real thing by far across Chester-Ellesmere Port. Must try! Would be going for a dine in soon. Lovely restaurant they have.”

“I had the salt and pepper chicken, along with 1/4 aromatic crispy duck, followed with the croffle for desert. The staff were very welcoming and catered to our needs the whole evening. My bill came to under 35 pounds with drinks included. Would definitely recommend!”

“We needed somewhere close to the waterways museum and this was the perfect spot. The staff in the hotel and the restaurant were great, happy, smiling nothing too much trouble and the meal we had was excellent. Our room on the 3rd floor gave us great views over the canals and museum. I would highly recommend. The only potential problem is what appears to be limited parking, although there was a wedding on when we were there which may have been the cause of the problem.”

“Lovely place for breakfast, lunch or evening meal. It's just reopened under new management, so I popped in for a breakfast on the first day. Food was excellent and it's in a beautiful spot by the canal and National Waterways museum. There's seating indoors and outside. Perfect place to walk along the canal and then have a coffee and snack here. I noticed people sitting outside with their dogs.”

“They never make a mistake with an order. The Nice Kebab & Pizza House in Ellesmere Port would regularly leave off an item that I ordered. So I switched to this place. It’s always right and they’ve never been late. 5 stars for taste, and it gets a 5 star food hygiene rating too.”

“More reasonably priced than its predecessor, Antalya is a lovely looking bistro serving wholesome turkish food. Staff are very friendly and the place is spotlessly clean. When we visited we didnt book, however it soon filled up, so will consider reserving a table in future.”

Our server Tim, was lovely and very accommodating, so thank you making our Diwali my sister 50th birthday special with a cake. “The food is so nice and tasty. I love this place and really good value for money. Never had chips from there but tonight tried the chips and they are proper chippy chips and really nice!! Curry sauce is really nice too, all the food is really good. Staff really nice and friendly. Cash only! Such a lovely place, maybe ring up for a collection and get your order in or you could be waiting in a queue. It was out the door, around the corner the other day haha.
