Diverse range of ages, genders, and races in attendees, which is always a good sign to indicate a welcoming environment - which was something I was nervous about when first joining a fitness centre! Never experienced any discrimination as a gay couple who attend together, staff are kind and helpful. Beginner friendly, just ask at the reception if you need any guidance how to get started with a facility or class.”

“Paul did a fantastic job renovating a 20 year old leather sofa for me. The seat pads needed changing and the colour renovating, all of which were completed to a very high standard. I probably made it a bit more difficult for Paul as I didn’t want it to look “brand new” as it has to match another, less used sofa. Paul’s knowledge of furniture construction and upholstery was excellent and the entire sofa renovation was completed in 24 hours. I’m delighted with his work and I’ll hopefully get another 20 years out of this sofa. Hopefully the before and after photos do his work the justice it deserves.”
