“Always love the café at Theatre Porto, staff are lovely and the food is delicious and fresh. Really enjoyed the lunch served at yesterday's Slow Stitching workshop, particularly the very tasty sweet potato and chickpea tart and divine black forest cheesecake!! Highly recommend a visit, great venue with a great cafe, both adding so much to the community. ⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I visited the large M&S store Cheshire Oaks yesterday 4/11/25 Carol the lady on the perfume department was absolutely fantastic , her knowledge on the M&S perfumes was exceptional. Such a lovely , warm , friendly lady. I purchased a perfume and will be back for more”

“10/10 customer service and experience - I visited twice over 3 days because I needed to change size after walking around at home in the shoes. We spoke with David on our first visit and Nam on our second, both the times the staff were incredibly helpful and super knowledgeable. It was my first pair of Salomons and Nam explained all the intricacies of the shoe, spent about 30 mins with us and was super patient. I left a happy customer with better fitting shoes than I arrived with, some great socks to pair and all at a great price. Thanks Nam! ⭐️”

“Went in for some chews for my new daschund puppy, was unsure what was appropriate for her. The lady that helped me explained every single type of chew, and recommended a few different options. She was fab and had such great product knowledge. She is an asset to the store. Now my regular shop for my dog”

“Great place for young children and families. So many activities to choose from covering a wide age range, from 5-15 year olds. Generous portions served in the restaurant with a decent selection too. Naturally an enormous selection of ice creams too choose from. Fairly expensive but a worthwhile day out!”

My wife and I went twice in two weeks; great service from the Manager Scott he was very help and attentive will definitely go back to this Jack&Jones branch although I live in Manchester. Unfortunately didn't have my preference of shirt available, but still left happy with 2 new suits! Very knowledgeable, would happily make the journey down from Scotland again for this excellent service!”

“Another great visit to our favorite store. I was a bit disappointed however, we decided to travel 45 minute drive as emails from Cheshire oaks stated All Saints were applying 30% discount and my wife had seen a jacket the previous week so we decided to return and buy. Upon arrival the store was advertising 20% off anything with a sticker. I asked a member of staff who explained (I think) that the 20% discount did apply to anything with a sticker (roughly half the stock), but the 30% only applied to made for outlet (MFO) items if they had a sticker. I explained this was not made clear on the Cheshire Oaks emails I received about the upcoming sales event, the email simply stated 30% off All Saints outlet prices (not uncommon at all saints) but I was just told the store had no control over the McCarthur Glen communications ? The difference in % saving was only about £10 and my wife is over the moon with another quality item from our favorite brand, just slightly disappointing in the disconnect between what we were promised on the emails to what we actually got. Will still continue to spend lots in this store, but hope the issue gets resolved so any future notifications regarding sales events are accurate and unambiguous.”
