I walked into Boots straight after work (about 6pm, when my doctors practice would be closed!!) taken privately into an interview room and was able to get a course of tablets. Excellent service. Email stated I needed to download an app to check status. Didn't want to as no room on my phone, so emailed them.... they replied quickly to confirm status. And even dropped off the blazer at my house (originally opted for collect from store). Been using this shop since my daughter started Primary school, she's now in Year 8. Can't fault the service.”

“I visited the Burberry outlet on Sunday and was helped by an amazing stuff, I believe his name is Jordan. I was looking for a white shirt, and his service was absolutely excellent! Jordan had great knowledge of the products and made the experience enjoyable with friendly small talk and a genuine passion for the brand. His enthusiasm was contagious, and although I didn’t end up purchasing the shirt, he left me with a fantastic impression of the store. I was honestly surprised to find this level of attentive and professional service in an outlet store. Thank you, Jordan, for making my visit such a positive one and I’ll definitely be back!”

Must have tried 8 different pairs on and driven the sales staff to dementia, but the young man helping me had the patience of a saint and I walked away with 2 pairs of very comfy shoes. Staff here are lovely and nothing seems too much for them. They offer suggestions without being pushy or trying to sell you something you don't want or need and that is very welcome indeed. Definitely recommended.”

“I went to Cheshire Oaks with my friends and I was not really planning on doing any shopping and to be honest I thought it would just be bad left overs no one else wanted and still expensive but I was very wrong. I bought a gorgeous bag for an unbelievable price of £6.50 and my friend bought her wedding dress from here for £50!!! I couldnt believe it. I use my bag everyday and I love it and my friends dress fit her perfectly and looks very expensive and beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised and I will reccomend tp anyone and I will be going back for more.”

“A good place to stop halfway around the shops… This Pret is a nice spacious cafe with super comfortable seats and a good choice of food and drinks. We came in here initially hoping to get a nice refreshing iced tea but unfortunately couldn’t see any on the menu (so assumed that iced tea isn’t an option in Pret, as we’ve never been to one before) there were bottles of green tea in the fridge but it wasn’t quite what we were looking for. The cake selection was brilliant and all of them looked great, my partner chose a chocolate croissant - she said it was delicious and one of the best ones she’s ever had, it was nice and light pastry with plenty of chocolate filling/flavour. We had a bottle of peach tea from the fridge which was ok but nothing amazing. The leather seats in here are very comfortable and you’ll just sink into them, I honestly could have sat there for hours. The staff were very friendly, at least the gentleman who served us was - he was very chatty and had a smile on his face which just made the whole transaction a better experience.”

“Amazing food, fantastic value for money doing the pizza buffet on Xmas eve. Pizzas were all piping hot and constantly topped up. Service was great, Alicia was fantatstic checking everything was ok, making sure we had everything we needed and clearing up the mess with no issue when my 5yr old dropped her plate!
