“PAFTA is a fantastic performing arts group that meet each week, developing skills in performing, creativity, Teamwork, confidence building and making friends.Twice a year we are lucky enough too see our children all performing in originally written plays. These year our children also had a three day camp, which was very successful and enjoyed by all ages. Georgina who runs this geoup, is fantastic, and really values the input from every child who attends, regonising development and building upon a childs skills and levels of confidence. “It was with slight trepidation that I entered Jim Cartwright's drama class 20 months ago at the grand old age of 72 never having had an acting class in my life. My fears were completely unfounded. I was welcomed with open arms by the wonderful Jim Cartwright himself and his lovely friendly bunch of mainly younger students. These classes have proved to be one of the best things I have ever done and I just wish I had started earlier. We work mainly from the imagination but also cover other aspects of acting including improvisation and acting for screen. Jim makes the lessons fun and imaginative; he has given me so much confidence and through him I have learnt to believe in myself for which I thank him. In only 20 months I already have two stage shows and two films under my belt. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cartwright Drama Studios to anyone who is thinking of joining a drama class.”

The teachers are amazing and include and encourage all children whatever their level. The shows are well planned and the summer schools are an amazing opportunity for all ages of children. Drama has increased my daughters confidence and imagination and she always looks forward to her next class.”

“Nearly 3 years attending courses at MAD and I still get the same buzz when I walk through the door as when I started, if not more so. I only wanted to dip my toes in the water yet am two months past appearing in my first professional show. Hopefully with many more to come. They provide great tutoring in a friendly relaxed atmosphere that brings out the best in everyone. A lot depends on you. You really do get back what you are willing to put in. So the sky's the limit. Want to give acting a shot then I cannot recommend Merseyside Academy of Drama enough. 10/10”

“My 5 year old daughter, who is autistic, goes to a dance class for autistic children on a Friday at Immense, and she absolutely loves it, she gets so excited about coming, Liam and lyndsey are amazing teachers, they are fantastic with all the kids and parents, my little girls confidence has come on leaps and bounds and that's all thanks to Liam, lyndsey and also Sarde who helps with the class too, if I could give more stars I would, I would definitely recommend Immense dance school to anyone, we look forward to Fridays coming here. “Been going here for years, staff are fantastic, patient, polite and friendly. Screens are clean and there are several screens to watch many films. The recliner seats are comfortable and clean. There is a lobby for waiting just wish there were more seats to wait. Within the lobby you can get snacks, crisps, soft drinks, hot dogs, tortillas, and chocolates. They also do some fab milkshakes. Several disabled parking spaces in front of the cinema and automatic double doors on the right hand entrance. Easy access with a wheelchair, also lift facility for Epic (Imax) movies.”
