“Absolutely lovely hidden gem!! We popped in to get some spices and meat, this was our first visit and the shop is spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn’t walk past the hot food and not buy any, we already had food that we’d just bought somewhere else so only got a mutton samosa and chicken wrap - ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!, I wish we had got more as we won’t be able to pop back until the new year, they were honestly THE BEST samosa & wrap we’ve ever had, I’m always dubious with samosas as they are usually ‘hit and miss’ but the flavours, textures and even the filo pastry was second to none! The shop floor, was so well stocked, very reasonably priced and was clean, organised and tidy! Brilliant find!”

“I am so pleased that my daughter attends Tarbiyyah primary school. She is in reception class and has already come a long way. When she started she didn't know phonics and within 4 months, she has learnt to read and write. I'm ever so pleased how much she has matured. The staff are friendly and pleasant. My daughter loves the fact there is no time out used for behaviour management and the staff don't yell at the children but work with them in a gentle manner and being good role models for them. Children are given so many opportunities at such young age to have awareness of the world around them and the staff are so well skilled. I also like the fact children are taught manners, Arabic and Islam but ofcourse everything is tailored to their level of understanding. The school also holds workshops with parents and equips us with the right knowledge and skills to support our children with their learning at home. The team are approachable and supprotive. At work I come across many children from local schools and I have met many children in year 2+ who are not even at the level of the reception children at Tarbiyyah academically and with their mannerisms. I would definitely recommend this school to any parent who would like their children to grow up with excellent life skills, the Arabic language, be nurtured in a positive environment, well mannered, know the correct Islam, the right skills to fit in this society and be academically astute.”

On August 3rd, 2025, the manager and staff went above and beyond to help me find a fragrance I’d been searching for over 20 years. It had been discontinued, but the amazing team didn’t stop there — they personally called around other stores across the UK to track it down. Even as the store was closing, the manager stayed behind to assist me patiently until they successfully located it. They even secured five gift sets for me before the stock was sent back to head office. Their kindness meant so much — it turned my birthday week into something truly special. As someone with ADHD, I really appreciate the patience, effort, and understanding they showed throughout the process. Their dedication and empathy went far beyond what I expected. “I highly recommend dentist Raj supported by her team Komal and Nav at the Ivory Clinic. She has recently been treating me for a tricky situation which has required 3 of my teeth to be removed and replacements to be added to my denture. This was done last week. The procedure went very smoothly and faster than I had expected. I have experienced no pain and very little discomfort. I have another unconnected problem that needs to be treated. Raj has been sensitive to the cost that the different approaches will involve when she has explained the treatment options to me. She wants to do the best for her clients and is not out to make as much money as she can for herself.”

“I came in to see the pharmacist after accidentally cutting my hand opening a glass bottle. The pharmacist was lovely and extremely helpful. She told me everything I needed to buy and then helped me clean the wound and wrapped a bandage over it. There was a queue so I had to wait for some time but I would still recommend this pharmacy if you need advice”

“Been coming here for 5 years now, I have gone to other salons on an odd occasion but they don’t compare to the quality of my nails here and the durability. I’m always doing some sort of construction, like building fences, plastering the walls and I’ve never had them chipped, compared to other salons where I haven’t done anything other than dishes and the shellac has chipped. I’m a very happy customer and don’t ever see myself going anywhere but aj nails. Outstanding service from start to finish.”

“I went to Boots in Hounslow West because I needed the teething gel for my baby to relieve his pain. No pharmacy in our area had these kind of products available, but this Boots had such a wide range. When I arrived the store was close because the staff members had a lunch break, which I forgot to check prior to my visit, however Dharmen, one of the staff members notice me waiting outside and open the door for me. Not only that, but he also asked immediately what I'm looking to purchase and he was very quick to find the perfect product for my baby. I did not have to wait long to pay and I was very pleased with how professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly he was during my visit. I wish more people had such an excellent customer service skills as Dharmen has!”
