“My stay for 2 nights here was lovely. They room was spacious and had all the basic amemities including a Nespresso machine. The only let down in my opinion was the size of the bathroom which was tiny. The staff at reception as well as the restaurant are amazing and genuinely care of the guests.”

It’s minutes away from the train station, rooms are spacious, there’s air con, comfortable bed, good breakfast times, quiet and I left an item behind in the room and they were absolute stars in getting it back to me. “We had a great stay at Premier Inn Watford North! The location is perfect—only about a 10-minute Uber ride to Harry Potter World. The service was excellent, and a big shoutout to Michael, our server, who was amazing with our two older girls and really made us feel welcome. Highly recommend this place for families visiting the studios!”

“Nice Harvester with plenty of space for a wheelchair. Good food at affordable prices. The disabled access toilet was a little on the chilly side for mum but she survived. Our host Tanya was charming and accommodating. Will come again.”

Clean rooms, very polite and helpful staff, many options to chose from for breakfast and for me who is a coffee lover I really appreciated the coffee machine they had that provided multiple types of coffee. They location is both good and bad. It's next to the train station which on the one hand is really helpful especially if you're a foreigner like us but there's a bit of noise from the trains, nothing major though, we booked a second night in the end. I'd definitely book again. Parking was limited but isn't a problem if you don't have one”

“After a frightening experience and sudden emergency situation,my friend was taken to Watford General Hospital. Their care and aftercare wad amazing and we are so grateful,but their Blood Clinic needs sorting out! After having been sent there for an URGENT! blood test....his name was 1 minute at the top of the screen then the next minute at the bottom and 30 mins was nearly up! He wasn't well and was getting stressed,one lady receptionist was fairly pleasant,but one male wasn't....so l give the hospital 5 stars but the Blood Clinic 2!”

“Moving to another country is always difficult in the beginning, imagine during a pandemic. The Homely Apartments’ management was very helpful, quick to respond to all my questions and resolve all my wishes with great flexibility and care. I arrived in a spotless clean and well kept, almost brand new apartment. It was warm, safe and very well equipt in every aspect. I didn’t have to buy anything, only food for myself. The area is quiet and there is a nice field behind where I could go running track. To get to the city center is a 5 minutes drive, supermarkets also. I highly recommend it for long and even for shorter terms, very comfortable and convenient.”

“I’ve given A1 Taxis a 5 star review after they went above and beyond to help me in my hour of need. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. The office staff couldn’t have been more helpful, I mean they REALLY did things to help that they didn’t have to, and the driver was incredible - got me where I needed to be quickly and smoothly and was super friendly. Having left my bag on the tube, complete with laptop etc, I knew the train terminated at Watford, but I couldn’t get hold of the station. I called the A1 Watford station office, and before I’d even finished explaining the situation, they’d walked to the tube station to help find my bag. Incredibly, they found it! A1 offered to send me my bag in one of their cars, but the station staff needed to see my ID, so A1 sent a car to me at Amersham which arrived as my train got in, quickly drove me to Watford just as the station was shutting, reunited me with my bag, then A1 drove me home. These guys have restored my faith in humanity. Great people, great taxi firm.”
