The TUI app can be a bit temperamental at times. She is also incredibly patient and happy to spend time with us searching for the right destination and hotels. We are very indecisive. Check the machine for matching mattress and finally i choose one. Delivery was great. Unfortunately we had to change date for delivery and was no problem to do that. I just love my mattress. “I stayed in a room Simply Winch sorted for close to Canary wharf. They wore most flexible when it came to viewings, quick to act and understood as well as acted on my need for a quick move in date. The room was in great condition and the other tenants were well picked, people I now regard as friends. I had one issue where blinds was supposed to be installed by the landlord, but was delayed by several weeks. I complained and Simply winch, even though not their responsibility, waived their check-out fee as a means of compensationto me. Super professional and I warmly recommend them!”
