On August 3rd, 2025, the manager and staff went above and beyond to help me find a fragrance I’d been searching for over 20 years. It had been discontinued, but the amazing team didn’t stop there — they personally called around other stores across the UK to track it down. Even as the store was closing, the manager stayed behind to assist me patiently until they successfully located it. They even secured five gift sets for me before the stock was sent back to head office. Their kindness meant so much — it turned my birthday week into something truly special. “I highly recommend dentist Raj supported by her team Komal and Nav at the Ivory Clinic. She has recently been treating me for a tricky situation which has required 3 of my teeth to be removed and replacements to be added to my denture. This was done last week. The procedure went very smoothly and faster than I had expected. I have experienced no pain and very little discomfort. I have another unconnected problem that needs to be treated. Raj has been sensitive to the cost that the different approaches will involve when she has explained the treatment options to me. She told me everything I needed to buy and then helped me clean the wound and wrapped a bandage over it. “I went to Boots in Hounslow West because I needed the teething gel for my baby to relieve his pain. No pharmacy in our area had these kind of products available, but this Boots had such a wide range. When I arrived the store was close because the staff members had a lunch break, which I forgot to check prior to my visit, however Dharmen, one of the staff members notice me waiting outside and open the door for me. Not only that, but he also asked immediately what I'm looking to purchase and he was very quick to find the perfect product for my baby. I did not have to wait long to pay and I was very pleased with how professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly he was during my visit. I wish more people had such an excellent customer service skills as Dharmen has!”

“Those who has accused Mr Osman services, listen to this. I had a very long journey from getting my first 6 months visa process to 5 years permit to indefinite leave to remain and now British Nationality. This guy knows his job and do not mock around and will tell you on the face what's right and wrong, this is not because he is rude this is because he is passionate about his work not like many mickey mouse solicitors out there. His charges are reasonable to what I have experienced as compare to others that can take or ask 1000's without getting any result whereas this guy will guide you and put you on the right path. To my experience he has never taken a case that is fake like many other solicitors that can tell you to do dodgy stuff just to make money off you and get you nowhere at the end. Whether you believe me or not, I don't really care but for me Mr Osman and his secretary (wife) has always been very very helpful to us.
