From searching online for a decent dentist to making an appointment for a consultation to then beginning my treatment with Abi, I knew I was in good hands. Each step of the process was professionally explained to me which not only helped my understanding, but also alleviated any fears I may have had. My dental health has dramatically improved and brushing and cleaning technique has also altered so as to maintain the very high standard of work that I've received. Over the many years that I've visited numerous dentists I've never had one that broke everything down to me, which really did help immensely. “Have been coming to Twickenham Vet for many years with multiple cats. Staff are always polite and friendly. Belong to the Healthy Pet Club. Well worth considering, as you pay a monthly subscription which covers vaccinations, flea and worming treatments, claw clipping and 6 monthly consultations.”

“If I could leave 10 stars, I would. The care, empathy and compassion by Enric and the team is nothing I have experienced in London before (in years!). I have been updated on my dog's tests results and reassured over the phone and in person, allowing space to ask and discuss the next steps. Every bit of information given was clear and to the point. I felt my dog was in very good hands. I have alternative vet options closer to my place but I will stick to this practice for as long as they'll have us. Also, might seem trivial but the practice displays a bunch of 'Thank You' cards from their clients and I had never seen anything like this, showing as much love for a team. Congratulations on job very well done.”

Arrived without an appointment and although my tyre was not a common one, they had they exact model in stock (from the same manufacturer) and were able to fit straight away. Price was very competitive with internet retailers and they seem to carry a comprehensive stock range. Staff were extremely helpful and professional.”

“mouna is a one in a million hairdresser. she’s the only person i trust with my hair. i have always found it hard to word what i want when in a salon, but mouna only needs a little information to get her started and she uses that to surprise you with a colour or style better than you’d ever imagined was possible. she’s a real artist and i’m loathed to sing her praises because it might make booking her harder next time!!! but i can’t let such a talent go without praise. fingers crossed she’ll be there when i need her for my wedding hair! headmasters you have a star here!!”

He always impressed us with design ideas, and always can find solutions with any small challenges. His prices were very competitive without any hidden cost. His products are really good quality. “I bought a Carerra bike for my son last week from Halfords in Twickenham (Ivy Bridge), and received great service. I went back a few days later to enquire about fitting a gear guard or derailer cover to the bike. Other staff members were not sure it was possible as they had not fitted one before to that bike. However Johno attended to me and went to look at the derailer of the same bike ion display in the store and worked out the best way to fit a gear guard on. As I walk with a crutch, and my son’s bike was in the car, Johno offered to come out to the car and fit gear guard to the cycle while it was still in the car. What brilliant service and Johno is a real credit to the organisation as nothing was too much trouble.”

“I had my surgery for a total left hip replacement at west Middlesex hospital on the 5th August 2020. Arjuna was my surgeon and looked after me with his team from day 1. I was the first day surgery case patient for a total hip replacement at the hospital (which is exploring new ways of working given the Covid environment backdrop). My personal experience with the team at west Middlesex has been fantastic and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great unit and indeed a great surgeon / consultant for surgery. The initial consultation for sign off for surgery, the pre - operative assessment and talking through the surgery procedure were all carried out with a high level of due care and clinical excellence. I felt as a patient that the over riding priority was achieving a great clinical outcome for me and my surgery. The day of the surgery was very well co ordinated and went smoothly. Admission was straightforward, I was administered local Anaesthetic and the surgery took around 2 hours. I arrived at 7.30am and was discharged around 7pm the same day. Just brilliant. Since discharge I have been in constant contact with Arjuna and the team and the physio unit. I have also had two follow up appointments where Arjuna has held office himself directly. I am now nearly 7 weeks post surgery and progressing well and will be back to see In 3 months time for an assessment and x ray on the new joint. Thank you to Arjuna and the whole west Middlesex team for their care and passion. They have cleverly demonstrated the high value of keeping these important services local.
