We tried the Fowey Mussels, Maple roast heritage squash cassoulet and as a starter we had Salt & pepper squid and the Pulled beef croquettes. The place is excellent with such a good vibes. We were invited for the wedding in their function room, was really lovely, great sound system, efficient air conditioning and huge private garden for the function room. All staffs were trying to help to make a best night ever. I might marry again just to hire them as my wedding venue. :))”

“I am so glad I chose to stay in Godstone Inn. The family owned bed and breakfast is amazing! The room is perfect, clean, with a comfy bed, with plenty of pillows and blankets provided. There is a super nice lux- feel bathroom with a nice hot shower. My delicious breakfast was also included in my price. Inside the restaurant, there is also a little pub area, where I ended up spending good evenings with the locals, enjoying the conversations, drinking some good drinks, and eating amazing food. The restaurant serves fresh and delicious meals. I was also able to park my car at Godstone Inn, which was very helpful. The town of Godstone has some amazing walking parks and ponds, all within a walking distance away.. I even was able to swim in a pond nearby, called Divers Cove. I would definitely recommend staying here, the staff is helpful and friendly, this is an amazing gem of a place with very good vibe!”

“Absolutely outrageous amount of food (in a good way). We got the mixed meat platters to share between 3, and some shrimps to have some variety, and we barely could get to the finish! We got a doggy bag to take home and it was delicious the day after too. Super tasty meats, especially the pulled pork and braised beef. Would only appreciate more sides of beans and coleslaw to offset the taste of the meat a bit more (definitely not because we were hungry).”
