They are really good at communicating any issues they've found with my car so that I'm not met with any surprises or hidden charges. I always receive great service here.”

“An excellent experience! I bought a Ford C-Max in January 2025 following a successful test drive and good service from Wilsons. A week later an engine fault light came on, so I rang back to have it fixed. The service from this point could not be faulted. Gary Lambert came and collected my car (even though I live nowhere near Epsom) and brought me a temporary car at the same time. The fault light had actually gone out again on the day he collected it, but he said he would like to check anyway to be sure. He replaced the affected sensor, changed the batteries in both key fobs and cleaned the entire car before returning it and collecting the hire car. I could not have been more pleased with his excellent level of service, and I have been driving it since then with no problems. Thank you Gary!”

“Excellent service, mobile tyre fitted two days early as I contacted the fitter and black circles customer service is always top notch. Go for the Taurus tyres which are exclusive to black circles as they are excellent value for money, very comfortable and grippy and the tyre design is really unique - there’s no other tyre that has the same treads. Yes it looks and feels lower quality than say Bridgestone but I’d rather have these than the more expensive and harder brushes tones any day. I don’t care about branding when it comes to these tyres.”

There is always a long que because these places are understaffed because the upper management are cutting costs so the poor chaps in the workshop are getting overworked to the point they give up and do what they can . Instead complaining and expecting so much be a abit patient , if you want world class service go to the dealership and pay more than twice as much for your parts . If you want parts for cheap as chips deal with the service you get , some people in slough are deluded and have to high expectations - be real - you get what you pay for in life .”
