“I needed a lot of things for a new dog, so I did a quick search of "pet shops near me" and Waggles came up (Chatterton Road and West Wickham High Street). CR was closest, plenty of parking outside (pay by app or phone). Inside the shop was all sorts of things for cats, dogs and other animals. I bought a ball, biscuits, harness, lead, treats and even some doggie ice cream. The shop assistant was very helpful. If youv'e got a pet, you will definitely find most things that you need here.”

I had a lovely lady called Montana doing my hair and she was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Her customer service was amazing she offered me a hot drink and biscuits. Every visit, every suit, (our son has now had 5 fitted suits) the staff knows exactly what to do. Sizes spot on, and if the suit needs tailoring, honestly the team work like magicians. She brought out insoles for me to better help me visualise how the shoe would fit when I eventually do buy, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the brand. “Although I did not buy anything today that's not because I did not like anything. It's because I could not justify buying more footwear and considering where I could store additional footwear! Always find good quality and stylish shoes here. Pricey but you know you are getting quality here and not the deteriorating quality of other high street brands such as Clark's and others. I guess the old adage is true that you get what you pay for. My favourite formal shoes are from here and some 12 years old. Still perfectly good for use though!”

“Love me some R&B's! From the 1970s in Leytonstone (now closed) to now, Brent Cross; it's one of those stores that I've always trusted. The quality and the craftsmanship are one of the best. I don't think their shoes are made in the UK anymore, and that was evident from around early 2000, Anyway, the boots I purchased were the COMBAT, 8 Eyelet Military Boot, for £275.00. The leather is really nice and soft, with as mentioned a sole replicating that of a military boot. They do feel slightly tight on one foot, but hopefully, due to the softness of the leather, the boot should hopefully widen slightly. I bought these for bad weather days, so I will hopefully get more use of them in January, February.”

Not once was she pushy for sale even offering to hold till next day while I decided. She was also helpful with things to visit while in UK. Thankyou, and yes returned for the shoes and visited suggested landmarks so worth it.”

“I've used this branch for ten years or more without issues until recently. After a service, My Mercedes App and the vehicle still showed that service was due. On pickup, the Staff said it would update in 24-48 hours, but it didn't. The Mercedes Me app team told me to return to the dealership for a reset. When I called, I was told I needed to book the car in for the day, which wasn't convenient, as I knew it was only a minor job -and also an error caused by the workshop team. Despite promises to follow up with a call, I never received a response. Eventually, I spoke with Keith, who quickly coordinated the update while I was on the phone—I brought in the car, and he resolved the issue within 10 minutes on the same day. I would like to say that Keith successfully transformed a frustrating experience into an efficient solution-”
