“I can’t recommend this hotel enough! I’m quite particular about cleanliness, and this place truly impressed me; everything was spotless, with attention to every detail. The bed was very comfortable, the room well-equipped, and the staff were incredibly warm and friendly! The location is perfect too, just a few meters from the subway, with a laundromat, grocery stores, and plenty of great restaurants nearby. A nice bonus was the stunning open view from my room! “I had a genuinely excellent stay at ibis Styles London Ealing, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, modern, and well cared for. After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. I especially appreciated the small personal touches, a welcome card waiting in the room and a little chocolate, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Another thoughtful detail that really impressed me was the complimentary pastries available one of the evenings I was there, along with free orange juice for guests. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a warm, generous feel to the hotel and shows real attention to guest experience. “Very basic but good in all important areas. Clean room with a good mattress, good pillow, good shower, great lighting and temperature controls. So good sleep! Breakfast was decent as well, would have liked sparkling water available. Bacon was delicious. The personnel was super friendly and helpful.”

“We enjoyed the Pimlico Flat for 10+ days. It is a very comfortable 2 BR & 2 Bathroom flat, with a cozy sitting room that has a gas fireplace that came in handy on a few blustery days. The kitchen is well equipped except you need to bring your own coffee maker. There was a small coffee press with no base, so inoperable. The flat is down a flight a stairs so can be challenging for older travelers. I would definitely recommend this flat for an extended stay in London. It is located in between the Victoria and Pimlico tube stops and the 24 Bus stop is very close and takes you to major museum stops.”

“I gave YHA Oxford Street 5 stars because of having a good positive experience overall with my one night stay there. The room was clean, the 2-bed bunk-bed was do-able and there was a nice new metal fan in the room. The window was open and we heard very little of London traffic. It did not matter that the lift did not go all the way up because we were used to stairs. The shower was a delightful surprise because it was a power shower.”

“We visited Jack’s Bar at the Hilton Garden Inn specifically for the Christmas dinner and were absolutely delighted with our experience. We had a wonderful time! The menu was very diverse and, most importantly, delicious. The service was outstanding thanks to the staff. Special thanks to Mishel for the most delicious cocktails, and also to Satish, Sumit, Marian and Alona — an amazing team. At the end of our visit, we were given a voucher with a QR code for complimentary parking. Highly recommended!”

“First time at this particular PI and the difference between here and the one up the road (London Twickenham Stadium) are poles apart. There is parking but we turned up around 21:00 and I was lucky to find a spot; the car park does serve the Beefeater next door. The front door is automatic which is handy when you have a lot of bags but the inner doors are manual. We were greeted by a friendly, very helpful and enthusiastic member of staff. Our room was on the first floor (no lift) at the front of the building and although there was a busy main road and a bus stop outside it wasn’t that noisy. The room and bathroom seem bigger and as usual the bed is very comfortable. The wardrobe/ shelving unit is lovely and big, easily fits 4 days of our clothes and four big shelves for all your other bits. In this PI the rooms have A/C and having bus stops outside is an added bonus. Only negative is that the toilets don’t flush very well.”

Wi-Fi works well but mobile data also works. Located a stones throw away from the train/tube station and a large variety of shops and food options, I absolutely recommend this hotel.”

“The front desk was super helpful in getting me a booking in person since I was having trouble booking online. The room was decent for the price. One of the towels was dirty when I arrived but the staff quickly replaced it for me. This location is one block from the tube. Plenty of good food options close by.”

“Usual Ibis standard. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast great! 10 min. walk to Canary Wharf Jubilee Line station and then one tube stop from O2 arena and at least a third the price of hotels on peninsula - What's not to like?”

“Rooms are spacious for two! - At no extra cost! Friendliest Staff available on hand! Kitchen is a bit small for people who like cooking a lot. Right next to Kingston Station and Cromwell Bus station, easiest way to access other places from by walking for 30 seconds either side of the exit. Overall a great student accommodation with access to a common room, washer room and a bike storage room for any extra needs!”

“We have stayed here a few times and found the staff and service to be exceptional. Checked in by the lovely Anna on this occasion. We were a little bit early but she greeted us with a huge smile and swiftly went through the checking in process. We had a quick pint before going to the room. Sanjeev served us our drinks. He was a real highlight too.”

“Stayed one night. Very close to the underground, lots of places to eat nearby. Slept well, no issues with outside noise which is what you expect in London - so that was a bonus. Would absolutely consider this Travelodge again as it has a car park and the area felt safe.”

“Lovely hotel rooms are small but perfect the breakfast selection is not huge but perfect best mushrooms I have ever had so tasty. It is just beside the tube which has you to heatrow in 45 minutes or less it is right beside the O2 in Shepard's bush loads of restaurants and bars around. The hotel lobby is very relaxing with its furnishings and soft light we could sit and relax before getting our flight home.”

“I recently stayed two nights at Ibis London Excel Docklands while attending a business event at Excel London and I had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the venue, which made attending the event very convenient. The team was friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The hotel itself felt cosy and comfortable with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I especially loved the breathtaking view from my room, it really added a special touch to the experience. Overall, a great stay in an excellent location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Excel London for business or leisure.”

“This is a really great hostel, especially if you need access to Kings Cross. It was literally a three or four minute walk from there. I booked an all female dorm room and I was the only one there. Everything was great. There was a heater as well and a nice view across the street. Only issue is the shower in the bathroom kind of flooded a bit and it’s pretty cramped. But besides that I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and appreciated their cute little café and pizzeria. The lobby is a little bit condensed, but that’s to be expected and a busy high demand area.”
