“Great location, clean and spacious rooms. We enjoyed the bar area and on one morning took advantage of the buffet style breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised by the range and quality of food on offer. Throughout our stay all the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a short break in London.”

“Stayed here with trepidation given the mixed reviews but can honestly say I enjoyed my stay. For a very low price you get a decent sized room (much bigger than many I’ve stayed in in central London), a hot shower and clean facilities, comfortable beds, 24/7 front desk, bar and restaurant on site, convenient location for nearby sites (Hampton Court Palace, Richmond Park, Ham House, Wimbledon), helpful and friendly staff and the option to pay a small fee for car parking, a good breakfast or early check-in/late check-out. We even had a nice view overlooking the church next door. Yes, the room was warm but NOT unbearably so. Criticisms about lack of aircon aren’t exactly fair. It isn’t common to find aircon in London hotel rooms and you get what YOU pay for!”

“A hotel behind a parking lot and set back from the main road, looking out front from our room, I could see a pretty curvy top fence and some picnic tables on the grass. We got given a family room (max 3 ppl) with a bath tub.”

“Wonderful Stay at Safestay London! I spent a few wonderful nights at Safestay Hostel in London, staying in a female dormitory, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The location is absolutely perfect — close to public transport and easy to reach many of the city’s main attractions. The rooms, showers, and toilets were all very clean and well-maintained, and the bedsheets were fresh and spotless. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm attitude really added to the welcoming atmosphere of the hostel. I would definitely recommend Safestay to anyone looking for clean, safe, and affordable accommodation in London. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit!”

“Had a great stay here. Room was spacious enough for three people. The building is right next to the Overground station, but the windows point the opposite way, so it is not a problem. There are several cafes (with free wifi) on the ground floor. We could leave our luggage for free at reception outside check-in hours. Room: spacious (for London), clean, good towels and bed linen, USB charger slots, electrical tea can and cups in-room, dark blinders, large TV. All in all great value for the money. Highly recommend!”

“Great location for easy access to local venues and amenities or hop on to a train or tube. Staff were all very helpful and approachable. Lovely little eatery where hot food is fairly priced so if you don't have an eating destination during your stay you can have a good meal at sensible prices without having to head out on a cold winter evening. Disabled parking is not reservable and fills up quickly so be prepared to need to find alternative parking.”

“The staff was very appropriate and kind while the place couldn't get any cleaner! The rooms are unfortunately very small and not well equipped for a longer stay but they're very clean and comfortable. The location is unfortunate as there's a busy road next to the place and not many convenience stores around but the metro is only for a 15 minute walk. The area is pretty "diverse", interpret that however you want.”

“We had a huge room! Three beds when booked a twin. Bathroom a good size. 4 min walk to Victoria coach station and the same for wicked theatre show. Staff friendly, clean, tv, air con, coffee & teas free. Would definitely book here if needing this area again.”

“I would like to sincerely thank Musu at the reception for her excellent service during my stay. From the moment I arrived, she was extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional. She always greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel truly cared for as a guest. What impressed me the most was her quick reaction and problem-solving skills. I had an issue with my toilet, and she immediately took action without any delay. She found a solution right away and made sure everything was fixed properly. Her efficiency and dedication really made a difference, and I appreciated how attentive she was throughout the entire process. It is not easy to find someone who combines kindness, professionalism, and real care for guests the way Musu does. Thanks to her great service, my stay was much more comfortable and pleasant. “We got given a guest room on the upper floor at the end left, number 210, it faced the Harvester parking lot and the Harvester building rear extension. The guest room was big, it had 1 double bed, with enough empty space to fit another. The tables were the freestanding type found in the Travelodge old style, not the fitted. I expected to get a bathtub on seeing the old furnishings and the arch, of which was mounted below the ceiling between the bathroom and the bedroom, but it actually revealed to be a shower, although it was bigger than normal, I assume it was in the larger old style. The hotel exterior looked unfinished, as the clapboard covering was only on the upper half elevation and not on the lower.”

“A nice hotel with the carpark at the front, there's no lift only stairs, the rooms are large and there are no bath tubs. There is an interconnecting door from Travelodge to Toby Carvey, it's located between the hotel reception and the stair case, it's easy not to notice it, I only noticed it when I was in Toby Carvey and went to the Gents toilets which is actually in Travelodge side.”

“The hotel room was clean and tidy with great views of the shard. The reception team were kind and helpful. Trains could easily be heard from inside the hotel but that was to be expected given the location. Overall the hotel was definitely worth the money and I would visit again.”

“Convenient location. First I was given a room with funny smell ( smell of sweat) and they gave me another one that actually smelled really nice. Spacious bedroom. Great place to stay in the south.”

“We had a lovely one night layover at this hotel. Bee, at the desk, was extremely helpful in making sure we had the accommodations we had requested. So lovely. Even as we were waiting for confirmation she put our phone on charge. Carlos helped us with nearby options for activities. We enjoyed the chat and our room was better than expected. “I really enjoyed my stay at Travelodge Tolworth! The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my visit. What pleasantly surprised me was the food — everything was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. The breakfast was especially good, with plenty of options to choose from and great coffee to start the day. The location is convenient, and the whole atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. “Absolutely a great Hotel with a great location in London. You are a few meters away from Victoria Station and this means that you are near everything that matters in London. Room are a small but cleaned every days. Bathroom was perfect. The only downside was the heat: no air conditioning and only a 'basic' floor fan that was practically useless. I suggest it for a quick trip with family or friends.”

“Was more than happy with it. Yes Basic, but clean. It's a good location close to underground. I stayed for 2 nights Saturday and Sunday on the third floor. No noise, decent nights sleep. Only thing that could do with a little improvement is the shower wasn't very powerful at all, I had to chase the water. But would definitely stay again worth the money.”

“Really handy for Marylebone station and underground too. Lovely area and so near to heart of London. Very well priced for London & good rooms ( you’d get less elsewhere at much higher price ). Marylebone is world famous and the station has a bit of impact. The Beatles filmed A Hard Days Night there!!”

“I’ve stood on there with my wife for 6 days. People working on there were so nice and comprehensive. Diego, the caretaker was great on helping us, every time with a big smile. Nice location, close to bus and train station, quiet borough at all. Rented a small room with no windows. Bed was comfortable. Temps inside were nice also. Good experience.”

“Amazing service, even at 2 AM! We arrived in the middle of the night and were still warmly welcomed. Haidar helped us with parking nearby and even solved an issue with our booking — all around 2 AM! Super friendly and helpful staff. We have a fridge and a microwave and kettle in the room! So happy with our stay!”

“Stayed at this travelodge for concert with my daughter, the staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was spacious and affordable , we enjoyed our stayed here. We were given a room with a view of Wembley Stadium by Manisa. We will definitely come back and stay here.”

“Really cant complain for the price paid. Stayed for 17 nights. Clean and safe place to lay your head. Staff friendly and polite. Most people stay for a day or two, but they have a few long term residents (who were really pleasant and told me where to go for stuff locally). Microwave and kettle in food prep area. Food and drink Vending machines for something quick. I would have no problems in coming back here, although probably not for everyone. Mostly for the budget conscious.”
