“A huge thanks to Mehul at Caspian Seagull travel for organising such a great holiday at short notice. We were stranded at Gatwick having had our flight to Madeira cancelled just before boarding and no alternative bring offered by BA for several days. I contacted Mehul who calmly and efficiently secured us flights to Tenerife the next day and held them whilst we looked together at hotel options. He had to make sure the hotel was suitable for my 91 year old mother in law with mobility issues as well as being good enough for us! Not easy with very little availability but he found us a great option which we are enjoying very much. He even phoned the hotel to check they were putting us in suitable rooms. Even in the London seminar we were given so much time and they fed us so much already, I was not expecting that at all.
