“I stayed at Staines Premier inn over a weekend and the rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was very good. I was met with a lovely lady called Felicia who hosted the 2 mornings. She was welcoming and friendly and would go out of her way! Please say hello to her when you go in. A credit to the hotel. :)”

“Second visit and great both times. It’s basic this is reflected in the price. Comfortable bed, tv, toilet, shower and wash basin towels and toiletries. Free Tea and coffee making facilities in bar area. For a quick overnight stay just right. Space is limited added bonus if you book on their own website you get a free drinks voucher. “The owners of this Hotel, Lucky and Nina, are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are kind and helpful and always have time for a chat. The Hotel is a listed building and has been renovated into a beautiful hotel with everything you could possibly need. It is incredibly clean, warm and homely. The rooms are gorgeous with lovely fittings and the bathroom has really good light and a nice shower with constant hot water. I felt so at home and comfortable I did not want to leave. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world but this Hotel beats the lot! What more can I say? 5 star rating plus from me and a great big thank you to our hosts.”

“We used Plum Guide to find a great apartment in Lisbon, Portugal. The location is really perfect. Not too busy but still very walkable to many areas or to metro and trains if you desire. The apartment is roomy, clean and very comfortable. It is just a few doors down from an Aldi grocery store and several ATMs and several fantastic restaurants. I would definitely recommend this to a friend and stay there again.”

“Our son lives in Twickenham and this is our ‘go to’ hotel when we visit. Great location, clean cosy rooms and friendly efficient staff. We sometimes take our evening meal here and have always been very happy with the quality and choice. Good beers too. On one or two occasions we’ve struggled to get the television to work. It’s not a straightforward system so it can be easier to simply connect to the Internet and use my iPad. Aside this small niggle the hotel is perfect for us and we will continue to use it. Watch the room prices though, they can be very high on certain rugby match days.”

“Quiet hostel with decent rooms. The room I stayed in had a twin bunk bed which was good for me since I was traveling alone. I stayed for one night . The downstairs is a bar in the evening. Overall it was a good hostel with a relaxed vibe.”

“Great Service. We booked a 5 week trip with Round the World Flights which included a total of 13 flights covering South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand & Tokyo The information received prior to the trip was excellent and any schedule changes were advised well in advance.
