So thinking we’d have a look about which we did only for the staff to recognise us (from 2 years previously) and be aware of what we had purchased and where we were from.. absolutely outstanding service, the owner should be very very happy with his staff. The service we always receive is second to none. So to be recognised from a previous purchase is fantastic.. Btw the furniture we purchased is still as new… So no need to go to the big furniture companies and be a number, just visit The London Road Furniture Company and feel as an individual and very valued.. “I can’t recommend this hotel enough! I’m quite particular about cleanliness, and this place truly impressed me; everything was spotless, with attention to every detail. The bed was very comfortable, the room well-equipped, and the staff were incredibly warm and friendly! The location is perfect too, just a few meters from the subway, with a laundromat, grocery stores, and plenty of great restaurants nearby. A nice bonus was the stunning open view from my room! Considering the quality and the location, the price is an absolute steal!”

“I had a genuinely excellent stay at ibis Styles London Ealing, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, modern, and well cared for. After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. I especially appreciated the small personal touches, a welcome card waiting in the room and a little chocolate, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Another thoughtful detail that really impressed me was the complimentary pastries available one of the evenings I was there, along with free orange juice for guests. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a warm, generous feel to the hotel and shows real attention to guest experience. The room was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and calm. Everything felt well organized and cared for, and it’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. “Very basic but good in all important areas. Clean room with a good mattress, good pillow, good shower, great lighting and temperature controls. So good sleep! Breakfast was decent as well, would have liked sparkling water available. Bacon was delicious. The personnel was super friendly and helpful.”

“I gave YHA Oxford Street 5 stars because of having a good positive experience overall with my one night stay there. The room was clean, the 2-bed bunk-bed was do-able and there was a nice new metal fan in the room. The window was open and we heard very little of London traffic. It did not matter that the lift did not go all the way up because we were used to stairs. The shower was a delightful surprise because it was a power shower.”

“Lovely hotel rooms are small but perfect the breakfast selection is not huge but perfect best mushrooms I have ever had so tasty. It is just beside the tube which has you to heatrow in 45 minutes or less it is right beside the O2 in Shepard's bush loads of restaurants and bars around. The hotel lobby is very relaxing with its furnishings and soft light we could sit and relax before getting our flight home.”

“I recently stayed two nights at Ibis London Excel Docklands while attending a business event at Excel London and I had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the venue, which made attending the event very convenient. The team was friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The hotel itself felt cosy and comfortable with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I especially loved the breathtaking view from my room, it really added a special touch to the experience. “Stayed for a night and I have nothing negative to say. We were welcomed by Ibrahim who was lovely and did our check in and out. Room was clean and comfortable. Even though we didn't had breakfast there, the area for it was lovely even if you just needed it for work. Location is perfect! Walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants and stores. The underground is a few minutes away and you'll be at the city centre in just a few stops. Perfect place for an affordable stay.”

“Couldn't fault this travel lodge! We booked here last minute, we were due to stay at another travel lodge but there was a power issue. Staff were very efficient. Rooms were comfy and clean. Very impressed with the facilities on site, a huge seating area with cafe and 24/7 bar! Would definitely come back here.”

“I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Bond Street and was genuinely impressed. My refurbished room was incredibly comfortable with thoughtful details and lovely finishing touches throughout. Breakfast was outstanding and easily the best I have had in a long time with great variety and quality. The staff were so lovely and attentive and I could not have asked for more. The location is perfect right in the heart of London with excellent shopping and restaurants just steps away. I will definitely be back next time for pleasure rather than business.”

“We had a great 5-day stay at this Travelodge. The location, right in the middle of the city, is calm and wonderful for visiting London. The staff is polite and friendly. Our room was clean, the bed very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The only small drawback is that the small window opened on a wall opposite so it was dark and without a view, but it did not take away from the wonderful stay we had :) I recommend the buffet breakfast at the hotel, and the Chinese restaurant 'Sechuan' right in front of it ! We will probably stay at this Travelodge again next time we are in London !”

“I had an amazing experience at this Nigerian restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — rich, flavorful, and cooked with so much authenticity. I had Abula and it tasted like home. I could tell the ingredients were fresh, and the portions were generous. They could do a little more with the restaurant, some clean up and repairs but the staff made me feel right at home. If you’re looking for the best Nigerian food, this is definitely the spot. Highly recommend!”

“Great location for easy access to local venues and amenities or hop on to a train or tube. Staff were all very helpful and approachable. Lovely little eatery where hot food is fairly priced so if you don't have an eating destination during your stay you can have a good meal at sensible prices without having to head out on a cold winter evening. Disabled parking is not reservable and fills up quickly so be prepared to need to find alternative parking.”
