The staff were super friendly and queue for food and drinks moved really quickly thanks to the efficient service. Especially grateful to the lovely member of staff for recognising it was my birthday and being so kind - really made my day! Highly recommend the cream tea which is also very reasonably priced. She would have made me to wait to collect the coffee grounds, but she acted immediately with a pleasant face. I missed to ask her name but she had duo colored fringes and weating specs. Thanks for her kindness and thanks to starbucks for giving away coffee grounds for the customer.”

“I don’t like staying at Travelodge, I had no choice to stay in Chertsey. We were greeted my Sameen, she had a friendly smile. It was a check check in, still thinking can’t believe I’m in a travelodge, until I saw the room, the room was spacious and very clean. Actually the hotel was very clean, I could not find a fault with the Chertsey branch. Well done to the hotel staff and specially to Sameen I hope that is the correct name. She changed my mind about travelodge. Best of luck.”

The coffee is Incredible, and their selection of both soft and alcoholic drinks is impressive for the theatre. Two young and friendly baristas helped me pick the best coffee for my very busy working day. And later a fine, and handsome gentleman who happened to be the bar manager presented their wine selection in great detail. I settled for their Incredible Sauvageonne Blanc. Overall, one of the best experiences in past few years anywhere in London. Their food is also very tasty and inclusive of dietary requirements. Their vegan sausage rolls are to DIE FOR. Weather you're looking for a nice cafe, working space or a chill bar this is your place.”
