“I’ve been to this branch of Starbucks a couple of times recently and it’s been great. My friend is disabled, so parking is very convenient as there are Blue Badge parking spaces directly outside. Access is easy too. The staff are all friendly and you don’t feel rushed, even when it’s near closing time. One outstanding member of staff we encountered was Elaine, the manager, who is incredibly friendly, warm and kind. She was extremely considerate and helpful towards my friend, who needed to access the toilet. Elaine made sure she could navigate her way to the toilet safely and that there were no obstructions in her way. On our way out, just as the shop was closing, Elaine cheerfully called out to say goodbye, which was a lovely touch. It’s warm, friendly and helpful staff members like Elaine who contribute to a positive experience when visiting a coffee shop. Thank you Elaine. You’re an asset to Starbucks. Update: When I first encountered Elaine, I mistakenly thought she was the cleaner as she was mopping the floor. On my next visit she told me that she was actually the manager and had found my post hugely amusing. This just shows what a wonderful sense of humour Elaine has! It also shows how the manager is prepared to do any task that is required.”

“Went for a meal with the family today and we were very, very happy! The food was amazing (we had sharing antipasti, pizza, pasta & sea bass - all of which we were very happy with), even the little one loved her food. The service was great - Giuseppe and the rest of the team were helpful and very attentive, and the atmosphere was lovely. Would highly recommend Carluccio’s Bluewater for a great dining experience :)”

Only the Clapham Junction ASDA can seamlessly accommodate both my inner aristocrat and my inner student on a Friday night. This store judged neither my choices nor my life trajectory. Five stars for facilitating my extremely complicated survival kit.”

“We absolutely love Wacky soft play at Colliers Wood. It is one of my daughter favourite place . She just feels so comfortable in there and loves the staff which is usually on when we visit during the week. She is super amazing , soft spoken and very attentive . So ofcourse what other place but here to celebrate my daughter’s 3rd birthday . She from the moment I asked said Wacky and so in wacky we planned and had the most amazing birthday party . Yes you have to share the soft play with other children’s which is not an issue with us but we had a party room which we decorated and had our little dance away and other fun activities . The food was perfect also for the occasion as kids just want to run around and have a good laugh so the finger food options was perfect as well as the extra platters options for adults . And I loved the fact that party bags are also included in price :))) which gives a free entry to the soft play . I would definitely recommend this place for a party from my perspective it’s really good price and the kids will surely have lots of fun if they like soft plays . Yes , I do recommend it during the week when other kids are at school as like all other places it does gets busy outside school hours . It all depends of your kids age as well . But we truly loved our party here and all the kindness staff and management showed to us which we are super grateful and will be a fan of wacky as long as we are in area . Thank you so much for making our special day super special with your amazing service .”

“Friendly staff, huge screens, not too loud like some venues in terms of the film screening volume, really well located and comfy, spacious seats. Make a day of it and enjoy Camden itself and neighbouring Regent's Park. Seats were good value. Let's save our cinemas!”

“Warm and helpful staff and Manager William was very understanding, patience and cheerful in his work. My friend claimed his free birthday cake from the Costa in Premier Inn terminal 4 a few times yet the staff kept saying they couldn't do it due to different reasons. By the time we reached Heathrow Airport terminal 2, the free gift voucher already expired but the manager William tried his very best to give my friend 50% discount for the cake and help my friend to claim a free drink . It's really not so much about the free food and free drink but the birthday experiences and surprises from the birthday gift from Costa and their staff matter to us more. Thanks again Costa for all the delicious toasties and coffee. I will definitely visit Costa again when l come to UK.”

“Incredible amneity in the area. Sure, it's not perfect but there's a large pool for lengths, separate toddler and fun pools. Sauna, steam room. Great soft play. Easy to book it all online. I think most of the negative reviews complaining about cleanliness would be more appropriate for £100+/month gyms, which Wavelengths just is not. I've not noticed the soft play being dirty, nor the pools themselves.”

“Asda Park Royal superstore is an awesome place to shop!. It is gigantic and offers tens of thousands of different products ranging from fresh produce, fresh, baked goods, meats, clothing, household items, and everything and anything in between. There’s also a McDonald’s in the store as well. It’s open 24 hoursexcept on Saturday and Sunday. Great place to shop overall. Two hour parking is available at no charge.”

“I saw reviews and was sceptical as so low! Not sure if they have upped their game recently but signed up for 2x kids swim lessons. 36 per month each for 30 mins per week and unlimited access to swimming. Really good value and my kids love it, as both over 8 can go in on their own while i have a coffee. We did lessons in Acton - the staff and quality of teaching is miles better here. Its much less chaotic for showers, changing and fewer children per instructor. And it has a little cafe and easier parking - Acton doesn't.”

“Today I got a cappuccino and requested for some Coffee grounds from a staff. She was very kind to me, took care to pack the coffee grounds well. She would have made me to wait to collect the coffee grounds, but she acted immediately with a pleasant face. I missed to ask her name but she had duo colored fringes and weating specs. Thanks for her kindness and thanks to starbucks for giving away coffee grounds for the customer.”
