“We love munchkins! It’s the best small soft play in the area. Really wonderful friendly staff who run the cafe and cook delicious food. Plenty of space for the children to play and also for the adults to sit down!! We have been visiting since our son was around 10 months old he’s now nearly two and it’s still great!! Thanks team we always enjoy it! Xx”
“me and my two friends ordered the egg, bacon, beans and chips at 7am after we had finished work. Can’t forget the slices of toast on the side. The woman serving us was a generous host, and the quiet atmosphere was a relief after just working a shift in hospitality! also we live right next door to it and it surprises me how i haven’t gone there more often”

“Thank God there is finally a beautiful & healthy place to work and eat in Watford! The food is delicious, wholesome and nourishing. The staff are kind and attentive. The space is stylish and brilliantly conceived. Better than any of the other places in the area by a long shot - and there's a fabulous yoga studio attached to boot. What more could you want?”
“I'm falling love with this cafe, great coffee and staff. Lovely and cute place.”
“Cafe run by charity Mencap - fantastic initiative to give people with learning disabilities the chance to learn skills in catering, customer services and hospitality. I have never eaten there but just had a quick coffee / kids snacks - it doesn't feel that warm and cosy to me, so I've never been tempted to linger too long. My suggestion would be to remove the PCs and introduce some sofas and perhaps some toys or games. Not sure how feasible that would be!”
“Best place, most friendliest staff ever and possibly the world’s best milkshakes!!!!!”
“Fantastic falafel wrap!!!! So much flavor and lovely owner”
“Great view of the Thames with a relaxing vibe... Great coffee too!”
“The people that work here genuinely care for people but it isn't enough it similar in the end goal agenda to Lotus in terms of finances. The drug and alcohol team in Merton get funded by the counsil not the NHS and thus The Sunshine Recovery Cafe does however theres a much darker agenda behind the cafe then meets the eye. When this place first opened the CDaARS was under the mental health service and they were claiming they being "(SWLSTG) MHT" the allowance from the counsil I assume in the bounds of probability that SWLSTG knew they would not accept the renewed contract from the counsil(this is when WDP now VIA took over) on the balance of probability bearing in mind it was around six months before. So whilst under the MHT they opened the SRC with malace aforethought that they were going to send patients from the community mental health team to lighten they case load and offer a "option" weather it's any good a helping the mentally impaired is a different story bearing in mind you have to be four weeks sober to enter the SRC but it still comes under the remit of the merton drug and alcohol funds. But the only people benefiting from it are the mental health teams practically fobbing people off telling suicidal people to try SRC and people with other mental health problems, this place has no doctor or nurses and is not a clinical setting. And now the NOW called IHR is a separate entity from SRC and VIA they still continually refuse patients with dual diagnoses and refer to drug and alcohol. This place was built on the premises that SWLSTG would not renew the contract for CDaARS but they only surveyed people with long standing mental health problems beforehand in conquest of finding out if the MH community is for it not the Drug and Alcohol who have to deal with mental illness day in day out when mental health really don't care in my experience. "If you want kill your pop down the recovery cafe" or "if you want to kill yourself you have capacity your free to do it" those are the comments I've heard in my time and reported from other people (yes MH patients are people to).”

“Brothers Cafe and Restaurant isn't just a place to eat—it's a guaranteed culinary experience. This spot in Tottenham consistently delivers some of the best East African food you'll find anywhere, and I genuinely mean it when I say the food is always tasty. Their dedication to quality shines through in every dish. The rice is perfectly cooked and seasoned, making it the ideal base for their incredible meats. The chicken is tender and flavourful, but the real showstopper is the lamb shank. It's fall-off-the-bone succulent, rich with spices, and an absolute must-try. If you are looking for authentic, hearty, and unbelievably delicious food, look no further. This is my go-to for East African cuisine, and they deserve every one of these five stars for their amazing consistency and quality. Go now—you won't regret it!”
