“Possibly the best affordable themed pool in England, almost waterpark size minus the high price. The water temperature was perfectly warm, there were 2 hot tubs and plenty of rides, of which 3 were long. The decor was artistic, featuring model fishes and some rocky landscaping between things. Also there was a wave machine and enough space to swim laps in the 1.5 metres end.”

I was only there for 4 nights but was amazed at how hard they work and how kind they are to the patients. i was quite nervous to be staying overnight as it’s my first time ever being in hospital for myself and you all played a part in making me feel safe and calm. thank you again!”

“Car park is usually full but as people are coming and leaving it is worth just to drive up to have a look. I have never waited for the procedure/scan as the staff is very professional and try their best to serve all customers (patients) on time. If you feel nervous about anything (depends what kind of scan you need) just talk to the staff - they are very friendly and willing to answer any question. If you have any concern just tell them as they simply do listen and take all your concern seriously. I would prefer I had never needed their service but here we are, I had quite few scans already and I probably will but I must say the staff here make the experience much more pleasant - I always felt I was in good hands.”

“We bought tickets before seeing the reviews (rookie move) and almost didn’t bother going thinking it would be akin to Sodom and Gomorrah. Spoiler: it wasn’t. We parked (on instruction) at the college next door; it was free, but I suspect we were only allowed there as term had finished (at least for college students). It was a ridiculously hot day (August 11) and we were told there was something like 2,500 people there. While there were lots of kids, it was mainly pre-school as the term hadn’t come to an end. We arrived at 10:30. It took us less than three mins to get in and on our way. It looked (and was) clean and well maintained. We found ourselves a spot by the hedge in the park to the right (where Mexican cafe is). Yes, it got busy, but there was enough space for everyone. The pool is a little chilly when you jump in, but you get used to it very quickly. Most people were well behaved and only one or two played music (but not very loud). We’d come prepared with our own chairs, cool box and food - this was the best idea. Would we go back? Absolutely.”

“Consistently excellent! This is my third visit to Navara, and I’ve had both gel manicures and gel pedicures done on a few occasions now. The service is always warm, the results are flawless, and I leave feeling genuinely pampered. It was here I discovered the cat eye (or “Keti Eye”) gel style, and I’ve been hooked ever since! For my birthday, Reeta and Sarsati created a beautiful rose-detail design I absolutely loved (photo attached). I always feel relaxed and well looked after with them. Highly recommend! “We did the Case of the Missing Gun room and really enjoyed it. We managed to make it out on time and found the puzzles challenging but not so tricky that we got discouraged. Our host was helpful and the ability to send clues by the machine was great. We've done the outdoor trails before but wanted to do one of their escape rooms now our children are older.”

“We have taken all of our three Wolfhounds to Beth who all absolutely loved her. She has (and is with our latest - No 3 Dexter) so caring and professional. Even her greeting to us humans is always with a smile. Considering we have had large dogs, this has never been an issue with Beth, on the contrary, she is so relaxed and confident with them. They have all come out looking and smelling lovely. We would recommend Beth 100% - even after moving out of the area, we are more than happy to travel 45 minutes for her expert service. Directed me to a reputable store and was polite and spent more time answering my questions then he had to. Will be buying all our supplies from him in the future and the delivery option is a great bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful too. I do not have a second though recommending them.”
