“I had a full service and MOT done... I booked online this was very easy... plus the prices/charges/what included/what is not are stated clearly/openly which I like. There is a growing number of mechanic venues you call and the price not as transparent which I do not favour. The MOT and service was completed in good time, and Mr Siddiqui sent video clips of what was done e.g., old parts that were replaced ... once again his style is open and transparent in a good way. He does not sub-contract his work which I like and feel my car is in safe hands. No hard sales and I was getting an honest and reliable service. Previously I went to garage that had good reviews but started to cut corners, overcharge and overtime for what ever reason was less transparent/helpful esp when subcontracting without being open about it.... so I looked else where naturally. I found this place based on the google reviews, gave it a go and now I recommend as it saved me the headache, of trying to find a reliable, affordable and transparent mechanic in London.
