“What an incredible find! If you're looking for genuine Italian food made with passion, this is the place. The homemade lasagna, straight from a family recipe, was absolute perfection—rich, flavourful, and clearly made with love. The wine list was superb, and our server's recommendation was the perfect pairing. We finished with a fantastic dessert that was the ideal end to the meal. The best part was seeing the owner in the kitchen, pouring his heart into the food. That passion is the secret ingredient. We're already planning our next visit!”

“My partner and I came here for our 4 year anniversary and we can say that we will definitely be returning! The food was excellent, with a wide range of dishes to choose from, and the service was also brilliant. We were looked after by Birol, who was our host/waiter for the evening, and he was a very polite, friendly and funny gentlemen! The events manager was fantastically helpful, service was brilliant, and the selection of food and drink available was fab, we didn't scratch the surface of the equipment available (mics, lights, sound etc!) but what we used was great. The pub is in a great location and has a really friendly, fun vibe... also nice late opening hours!”

Excellent service from Ahmed and Violetta, who looked after us personally and very efficiently throughout and couldn’t do enough for us to make out occasion smooth and enjoyable. “Really very happy with my manicure & pedicure. The nail technician, I think her name was Iwona (apologies if I’ve got that wrong) gave me an exceptional service. I’m very impressed with the nail art, it’s exactly as I wanted it (cute & subtle) and I think l she did a fantastic job. It’s not easy to be so precise but she nailed it (forgive the pun!) Aside from the expert skill, she was very sweet, polite & friendly - it was an absolute pleasure to get my nails done by her at London Grace and I left feeling really pampered :) This place is more expensive that what I’m used to paying for but it’s definitely worth it - I will come back as treat whenever I can :) Thank you!”

All of our guests were wowed by the vintage bar and my husband and I had time to actually mingle with our guests the whole time, as the barmen took care of absolutely everything: set up of bar, serving drinks and clean up. “Hilarious. The staff are wearing what looks like security cameras. I was sat near a couple that were having a loud and drunken argument. An old man was just staring at me from his pint of I assume some guest ale, then averted his gaze when I stared back. Staff member who took my order was the newest, poor thing looked suitably overwhelmed. 10/10 would visit again..”

As it is located within a residential village, not many people realise it is actually open to the general public for brunch, lunch and dinner. (As someone who eats Gluten Free, my needs were catered for really well and I was reassured about the ingredients in the dish and the preparation process.)”

“It deserves all the good reviews I have read and more. Intimate 12 cover fine dining restaurant. You get to sit literally around the kitchen and admire the magic as it happens. 5 course tasting menu with the option of drink pairing. You can choose which kind of pairing you want. We opted for half with and half no alcohol. It was a great choice because while the wine was delicious the non alcoholic drinks stole the show. I have never tasted fish courses highlighting the flavour of the fish so respectfully. Everything was perfect. Unforgettable!”

Bouncers Chessy and Leon provided a safe space for the kids to have fun while being respectful of our home. Hummings proprietor was very attentive making sure his team arrived on time and checking they had everything they needed to do a brilliant job. “We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary here last night and if I could rate it 10 star I would. We were greeted by Slobodan the Restaurant Manager and shown to our table. He made a point of congratulating us on our anniversary and throughout the evening returned to our table now and then to ensure everything was just right. The service was exceptional and the food was even better. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and I was treated to a table side view of my cherry pancake dessert being flambé'd (I think thats how it's spelt). It tasted amazing. Slobodan and his team made our evening very special and one we will treasure.”

I ordered the Lamb Cutlets, which is my preferred dish at every restaurant I visit, and the serving here was easily the best size I have ever encountered. The dish consisted of four substantial pieces, and the portion was definitely satisfying. I left the restaurant feeling completely full and content. I would highly recommend this establishment and plan to visit again soon. The staff was also friendly and exceptionally helpful, adding to the overall positive atmosphere.”

The wine selection was impressive, offering quality options without exorbitant prices. And the dessert? Simply divine! It's surprising they haven't received a Bib Gourmand, especially after trying some disappointing places on that list. Overall, this is one of the best French restaurants in London, highly recommended!”
