“My dog loves this pets shop i have been taking her there from 6 weeks old now 2 years old she loves the owners and she loves going there to get her dog food and to say hello to the owners that have met my dog at 6 weeks old my dog never likes leaving the pets shop she loves it there x”

“I have been visiting Toolstation, Beckenham on a regular basis for nearly a year. It has become like a second home! Customer service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Items can be easily ordered, if not in stock and can be returned if not suitable. Michael Tasker served me today and has done on many previous occasions. He is a charming young man, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help. I was not rushed or made to feel a nuisance, especially when others were waiting. I am always treated with the utmost respect. I would also like to mention Ed, who has served me on many occasions in the past too. He has always been patient and helpful, especially when deciding which handles to choose as I was replacing all my internal door handles. It was no trouble for Ed to open several boxes of handles so I could make a decision. He also carried two huge tubs of Wallrock paste to my car, without hesitation. These two young men are a huge asset to Toolstation and I hope they will be rewarded for their excellent service. I have also been served by many other members of staff and all have given the same high standard of service. Well done guys and ladies! Thanks to all of you.”

“Lovely coffee shop really close to the station, not the place to be sitting on your laptop (my mistake) it’s hustle and bustle and friendly customer service is great if you’re just stopping by and having a good catchup. But wouldn’t stay for long as it’s a tiny space. Definitely recommend for good coffee and quality baked goods. Had the blackberry danish was so good I forgot to take a photo!”

“We were returning from a hospital appointment in London and decided to stop at Ask Italian in Beckenham so that we could be joined by my sister who lives there and lunch together. The service was excellent. Our daughter is in a complex wheelchair and staff at the restaurant went above and beyond to find a table in a comfortable space. There was exceptional attention to our daughter's needs and to my choice of food as I have food allergies. The food, the drink, the kindness and care were notable and guaranteed we would return there again and again. Having a very accessible toilet for our daughter turned this visit to a restaurant into one of the best we have experienced. Thank you to all the staff in so many ways. Jill, Nick and Amy xx”

“Needed to change beds so stopped by Hamseys as it's local. Served by Andy who was very pleasant and patiently showed us various options. He also has a sense of humour. We bought 3 beds and headboards, and the delivery came with free set-up. Having had such an excellent service in store we decided to replace existing headboards on other beds. Good prices on all items. The delivery guys were excellent also - they set up all the beds and headboards and took all wrappings away. These are not quite one month in place, so we hope the quality remains as good as the items look.”

“After reading all the reviews I was really nervous about the poor delivery times. So i decided to mail them and ask how long it would take. I got a super fast response, they told me they have improved there logistics and confirmed it would take 2 weeks. I placed my order which was about £400 in value and everything came within 10 days and was great quality. I've just ordered more items from them, again there customer service replied to my e-mails in 2 hours. Seems like they may have had logistical issues previously but I felt compelled to leave a review as there products are great as was delivery. I almost didn't order after reading terrible delivery reviews but so glad i did.”
