The recycling basket is right at the end of the store and usually there's nobody there. I think the store is a bit short-staffed, you sometimes have to wait a good few minutes if you need help. However, the staff that is there has always been friendly and helpful to me. The store also has a good range of products”

I’d been mucked about by the telephone customer service and given wrong details by someone who refused to take any responsibility for my query, but the guy at the Colliers Wood branch spotted my frustration and went above and beyond to sort matters out. “Our fridge freezer failed after a prolonged spell of hot weather, so a replacement had to be found. We shopped around but speed was of the essence. As it turned out the best deal for both product and installation speed was Visions, our local Euronics store. Fiona was able to source a Bosch that fitted our specification and installed it within a couple of days, (weekend included) removing the old one for a reasonable charge. Result -- one happy customer.”
