The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming in special Milon was an amazing person and went above and beyond to make sure my meal was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. The restaurant itself was clean and had a great atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal or a quick bite. “I visited Tesco Extra at Lakeside today and was genuinely impressed by the customer service team very supportive, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. The store itself is huge, well-organized, and offers plenty of free parking, which makes shopping stress-free. Even though I’m not local, I always make it a point to stop by this Tesco Extra whenever I’m in Lakeside because it’s so convenient for groceries and everyday essentials. It really feels like a great asset to the local community. One thing I noticed this time was that the selection of children’s school uniforms was quite limited. I hope to see more variety and options in the future. Overall, a fantastic place to shop with peace of mind!”

“I don't like to give fast food restaurants a very high mark normally, but I came here at lunchtime, got served quickly, food was freshly cooked, hot and tasty.....better than most burger kings.... ...a few of the people serving looked a little sad...I hope they are feeling loved and appreciated in their job!!....a happy workforce is a productive workforce!!”

I had my bridal shower here, a party of 10, and the staff were very catering to our needs, allowed my friends to set up early before I arrived and helped with the tidy up of our own stuff as we left. They allowed us to take our time and enjoy the party, even past closing hours for them. Decor is up to date and modern. Food was fantastic (we had the afternoon teas). Overall great experience and will defo be coming again to bring more family and friends in the future, definitely worth the trip!”

“What an awesome experience. The telephone booking was easy to understand and to arrange. The travel clinic nurse was amazing. She administered the vaccine like a pro. The needle felt like a soft touch, even to a small child. After that, everyone was smiling, not a tear. She was so patient and gentle, and the child was in and out in no time. I can't believe it was over so quickly. We are so grateful for her help. She explained in detail why the vaccine was needed and even other countries that require the same vaccine. The most valuable info she gave was that if we lost the vaccine certification it can be reprinted at any other super drug clinic nationwide for a nominal fee. She explained the payment process and accommodated me when I had to pay cash only.”

“Great hotel, clean rooms, good breakfast, lovely staff members, plenty of parking, you have to pay for parking here, if like us you are a blue badge holder it's free. Easy access from here to Lakeside and a big Sainsbury's just around the corner”

“Location is fantastic . We decided to stay over after a visit to Lakeside and go out to the boom battle bar. The staff were all lovely from reception to the breakfast staff . Breakfast was very nice , good quality sausages and lots of cereals, pastries. Would stay here again . Basic but had everything we needed”

“My wife is disabled, so we booked the wheelchair seats at top of cinema 6. The staff were most helpful assisting us in the lift and making sure the toilet was unlocked. The cinema seating arrangement was superb, clean and very comfortable. A member of staff then helped us back to the lift. Congratulations to staff members and a big thank you to them, sorry I didn’t get their names. A very pleasant experience and a good film.”
