“Five star salads! Warning this review was from an American. We are waiting for our next flight after an overnighter from the US. This place seemed nice and comfortable to hang out for a few hours if needed. And they are. I started off with tea and coffee and then ordered our lunch. The tea was delicious but the coffee was just OK. We ordered the wonder everything: the wonder hamburger, the wonderslaw , and the wonder salad. We were originally worried that service would be super slow here but surprisingly it’s very effective. Not quite fast but definitely efficient. If you love salad and you’re a little adventurous then you should definitely try the wonder salad. I found the wonder burger fairly innocuous except the ham/bacon on top did add a lot of nice flavor. French fries were good too. The wonder slaw was very different from any slaws in the US. A little light on flavor but if you’d like red cabbage overall that’s a nice dish.”

“Incredibly good fresh food, exactly what you want to see pre-flight. So many healthy options to choose from, highly recommend. Also, want to mention a staff member who served us and heard about our flight change that left us unprepared for this weather including a horrible experience with a hotel Sofitel staff member, gave us free food to try and accommodate the poor experience. Bravo to him, I wish I had his name because that guy deserves a raise. Not only great food but also great staff! Will definitely look for more of these restaurants in the future.”

“Warm and helpful staff and Manager William was very understanding, patience and cheerful in his work. My friend claimed his free birthday cake from the Costa in Premier Inn terminal 4 a few times yet the staff kept saying they couldn't do it due to different reasons. By the time we reached Heathrow Airport terminal 2, the free gift voucher already expired but the manager William tried his very best to give my friend 50% discount for the cake and help my friend to claim a free drink . It's really not so much about the free food and free drink but the birthday experiences and surprises from the birthday gift from Costa and their staff matter to us more. Thanks again Costa for all the delicious toasties and coffee. I will definitely visit Costa again when l come to UK.”

“It was quite busy and you could tell the staff were rushed off their feet. I was served my Michelle and she was so lovely and apologetic that I had to wait a bit. I didn't mind as I could see they were busy. Probably don't get enough recognition for their hard work so thank you very much. The food was nice and hot and my drink was refreshing.”

“Cozy pub with a fantastic view, great food and friendly service. Iyane and her colleagues were lovely. The plant-based burger with chips was delicious, without onion or garlic, and a good-sized portion, not too large or too small. The Cointreau hot-chocolate was perfect, not too sweet.”

“Been coming here for 5 years now, I have gone to other salons on an odd occasion but they don’t compare to the quality of my nails here and the durability. I’m always doing some sort of construction, like building fences, plastering the walls and I’ve never had them chipped, compared to other salons where I haven’t done anything other than dishes and the shellac has chipped. I’m a very happy customer and don’t ever see myself going anywhere but aj nails. Outstanding service from start to finish.”

“Most loveliest employee helped me today - was incredibly proactive asking customers if they needed help and polite and just overall nice. Definitely needs some sort of reward as this appears to be consistent behaviour with every customer. Unsure of his name but was wearing a sunflower lanyard”

Elsie was organised and thorough and advised what to be done. She gave us enough time to go back after making appropriate changes to papers. The intake at the entrance is well managed so no one misses their appointment. Good staff and good environment. Happy with service.”

“I've been a regular visitor of this off licence store located in heart of Hounslow. The store has always sufficient stock of daily essentials like milk, bread, eggs, cleaning products, toiletries, etc. It is one stop shop for everything. But what really sets this place apart is the exceptional person working there. Sanjay, the friendly face behind the counter, is an absolute gem of a person. He is not just good; he is generous and incredibly knowledgeable. He is an honest gentleman who knows his stuff. He is always ready to assist with a smile, and make the shopping experience truly delightful. Keep up the fantastic work!”

While browsing the aisles and trying to figure out the meal deal options, a staff member named Raj approached me to see if I needed any help. He kindly walked me through all the choices and even assisted me with making a coffee at the Costa machine. We had a lovely chat, and his friendliness and professionalism really stood out.
