My child was coughing a lot and needed water due to asthma and your security guard provided water and was just so so so lovely. I don’t usually shop here but because of him I will 100% be returning. His restored my faith in humanity. What a lovely lovely man!”

“I visited the make up counter today overwhelmed with the choices available. The lovely Navi, offered to help. Walked me through the different options and helped me test the products out until I was happy. Genuinely the best service I’ve received in a while. “I had a fantastic experience with Bike Mike! He helped me repair and service two children’s bikes on the spot — even without a booked appointment. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. It’s rare to find someone so accommodating and genuinely passionate about what they do. The bikes are now running perfectly, and my kids are thrilled to be able to participate in their school’s cycle to school week. Highly recommend Bike Mike for anyone needing honest, high-quality bike repairs and great service.”

“I collected 2 reconditioned twin port cylinder heads from The Engine Shop 3 weeks ago (Oct 2017) They were packed and ready. However it turned out that my engine needed a lot more reconditioning then was first thought .A complete engine exchange was required My ever reliable garage sourced and fitted it for me. As the heads were already in place l had no use for heads l had purchased from The Engine Shop. Although l grant you that Jim is not a"people" person there was absolutely no quibble about a full refund. The company does all it's reconditioning on site and while l was in Jim's office l noticed paperwork from the well known parts suppliers we all know obviously using The Engine Shop as suppliers. I suggest that all the dissenters should take note of my experience.”

“Excellent shopping experience at River Island, store was extremely busy, but the staff were fantastic in keeping all the sale racks tidy, and all the sale items organised! River Island have really upped their menswear for this summer. I picked up really nice summer sets, and holiday outfits today at very reasonable prices. They had a huge variety of products, and had a wide range of options available in store. I managed to pick up a £38 formal quarter zip jumper for £12 on sale too, and there was a great amount of clothing on sale. Managed to pick up chino shorts for a tenner each. I really loved how River Island has improved their essentials too. The River Island Studio plain t-shirts are of high quality and fit very well. They feel very premium when you touch them and very comfortable to wear. There were plenty of suits on sale minimum 70% off, unfortunately, might size wasn’t in stock. The overall customer service was excellent, but if you come here on a weekday evening or something it’ll be much better as the store won’t be that overcrowded. Overall, I highly recommend River Island to you!”

“Stopped by Starbucks at Bluewater for a quick break. The service was fine and the place was clean, but the coffee was pretty average — my cappuccino lacked much flavour and the cookie was quite dry. Not terrible, but nothing special either. It did the job, but I’ve had better from other branches.”
