I'm not a "traditional bride" and never wanted a heavy outfit. Valentina has always worked with that, never against it - she's made me feel special and bridal in my own way. She has come up with thoughtful recommendations (e.g. jewellery and dupatta draping), made sure the alteration process worked well. She's always been polite, professional and reassuring (never pushy!) and we really appreciate how much time and effort Valentina has put in to answer questions. Even after that when there were issues with my sister’s outfit from India, they were incredibly responsive in trying to source another outfit for her and made the whole ordeal much less stressful. The service was exceptional (Maria and Louise really took the time to understand the type of arrangement we wanted). However, what they created afterwards was truly a floral extravaganza and a floral work of art. (The recipient is something of a flower aficionado herself so the fact that she was blown away by the arrangement spoke volumes to us!)”

From start to finish the customer service was immaculate and staff were always quick to respond and give updates on our outfits. Both our outfits arrived on time, exactly how we requested and even more beautiful in person.
