We also did not hesitate to book our sons first 'boys' holiday via Hays based on previous experiences. Sophie is just wonderful and goes above and beyond, from emailing the hotels to request side by side rooms and twin beds from the boys, to aiding with Check Out. The TUI app can be a bit temperamental at times. She is also incredibly patient and happy to spend time with us searching for the right destination and hotels. We are very indecisive. Fantastic service all round with the lovely Sophie being that cherry on top.”

The staff there were incredibly helpful, especially when we couldn't find an item on our list and when we went to pay. The lady at the kiosk was kind enough to allow the children to individually purchase an item each, thus allowing them to handle money and gain invaluable life skills. Well done to all the staff members - The children had a great time.”

“I love going to Immaculate and originally went for the bio sculpture nails as I was keen to try it. I have now been going for over 6 months and love the treatments I get. Both Mia and Helena are really friendly and chatty and make the experience really enjoyable. Mia is an expert with nails and a real perfectionist. Recently I had a lash lift with Helena and I love it - this may be a new obsession! I would highly recommend. As others have said on a Friday you get a glass of fizz if you need another reason to book!”
