“The owners of this Hotel, Lucky and Nina, are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are kind and helpful and always have time for a chat. The Hotel is a listed building and has been renovated into a beautiful hotel with everything you could possibly need. It is incredibly clean, warm and homely. The rooms are gorgeous with lovely fittings and the bathroom has really good light and a nice shower with constant hot water. I felt so at home and comfortable I did not want to leave. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world but this Hotel beats the lot! What more can I say? 5 star rating plus from me and a great big thank you to our hosts.”

“- Updated after my second visit - After I had a suboptimal first experience at the salon which ended up in me getting nail art that wasn’t fully what I asked for, they were very understanding of my feedback and actually reached out to me and gave me a couple of alternatives to provide a solution which I massively appreciated. I went back to the salon a second time and they actually slayed the metallic 3D design this time around, I am in love with my nails, they were very punctual and quick in the way they work on both of my visits, and the way they handled my complaint showed great professionalism and customer care. I will definitely go back :)”

“I love this salon. My favourite nail technician is Ha - she does an incredibly thorough job with the pedicure and is always smiling and kind, even though her English isn’t the best. Let’s face it, it’s a million times better than my Vietnamese. In fact I think all of the technicians here are very nice - it’s the customers who I usually see being rude, abrupt and not saying please or thank you. The salon is very clean and they have a great range of colours. I have been going for years.”
