A special shoutout to Asher, the bartender, whose performance at the bar was brilliant. His upselling techniques were impressive, and his recommendations for food were perfect.”

“I arrived early to get changed for a wedding and your systems were down but Sarah sorted everything out for me, got me into a room to be able to get changed. She was so helpful. In the morning Claire was on duty and the breakfast was really busy, she sorted me out and was so friendly and helpful. A great experience.”

“We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of four. It was was a lovely spacious room with ample space for what we need especially as we mainly used it to sleep as we were out most of the time. The staff were really friendly especially at breakfast, our first couple of days it was really busy but the staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was constantly being topped up and was fresh. I really liked they did gluten free bread on request.”

“Great service from the team, very helpful and approachable. Rooms and breakfast was typical of premier inn, had good nights sleep. We stayed over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. There are few disabled parking places and as it was not so busy the manager was kind to allow parking on Christmas Day. Location is 10-15 mins walk from Covent Garden with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Only recommendation would be to have some Christmas cakes for breakfast in the future.”

“Really enjoyed our breakfast here! There was a great variety of fresh food, and the buffet was always well-stocked. The pastries were warm, fresh, and looked amazing. It’s a very family-friendly place too — there’s a little toy area for kids in the restaurant, which was a nice touch. Our table was downstairs, and we found a cozy little reading corner tucked away with lots of books. It made the whole space feel extra inviting. The staff were all really friendly and polite, and everything just felt well taken care of. Would definitely come back!”

“Excellent location in greenwich, the hotel itself was great, the rooms had everything you needed apart from an iron and ironing board.. there is a room on the second floor with 2 irons set up, that don't really iron your clothes the greatest. I’d definitely stay here again but I would bring a iron next time. Could be a safety thing but we definitely didn’t enjoy treking the corridors with a pile of clothing to be ironed.”

“We arrived tired and hungry , everything was brilliant. Really warm welcome from Jan and Priya. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Foods really good value , rooms were lovely and clean. We’ll definitely be staying again. We stayed at the Premier Inn in Greenwich recently. Both visits were with Grand Children and it’s just so convenient that dinner and breakfast are on site . Highly recommend.”

“I stay here regularly for business, all the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean and apart from the occasional issue with streaming devices to the TV there's never been any issues. Could maybe add some specials to the dinner menu for a bit of variety but that's just being picky........”

“Best Pizza in town. Pizza base is quite crunchy & soft in middle. Good amount of toppings for very competitive price. 110% recommend. Bombay veg for vegetarians is best. Must try hot once.”

“I dont eat very much Chinese takeaway but my Son took me here to get a takeaway for our evening dinner and it was one of the nicest, freshest and tastiest meal ive eaten in a long time. We enjoyed so much and as an added bonus when you spend over £15 you get free items which is a bonus. We are going to make Fongs Kitchen a regular stop for our takeaway meal in future.”

“We had a lovely Sunday evening meal with friends at this restaurant. The service from beginning to end was great and the staff were warm and helpful. The food was delicious, highly recommend the butterfly king prawns, crispy chilli beef, lamb lettuce wrap and crispy duck pancakes. Definitely will be coming back.”

“I called and the lady answered... I asked if the sausage was pork or beef. She said we have both then she asked is it because you don't eat pork i said yes she then said unfortunately it's cooked in the same oil. “What wonderful staff this Hotel has. It was my wife’s 50th birthday today (30.11.25). Migma & Indu made it so special for her by bringing out a Brownie with a birthday candle & singing happy birthday to her. They also wrote a birthday message, gave her a bar of chocolate & bottle of drink. Certainly above & beyond.xxx”

“Super helpful staff (can't remember names, sorry). Had a bit of an issue with the meal deal but it was sorted out quickly. Room was clean and very quiet. I have been to many Premier Inns and this one did the best breakfast. Will definitely book this hotel again when I come to town for a gig.”

“Never been to this Travelodge before but I’ve stayed in many and this one is a good position, close to the end of the M1. It’s a little convoluted to get here, certainly if you’re coming down from the M1 but Google is your friend so just follow her directions and she will guide you in. There is parking…..yes you heard right, there is parking at the rear of the Hotel and I had no problem, even with the big Audi. The parking registration computer was broken so Erica the receptionist explained and gave me a form. Special mention about Erica, she was lovely and explained about breakfast, which I had booked. There was a large party in so advised I get down PDQ after 0800 to get a fuss free sitting. She sorted me a room which was on the opposing side of the hotel to the train line which runs at the back of the car park and I guess could be noisy in the night. I got into 208 on the second floor and it was the same as normal, boring but familiar, which as a business customer, is exactly as you would wish. The room was clean, tidy and well set out. I love that there are USB sockets x4 although maybe 2 could be USBc if I was being picky. Overall the room was great. I didn’t give it 10 out of 10 because there were a couple of things which let it down somewhat. The first was possibly the only thing I would actually complain about and that was the toilet flush which the chrome was breaking off which left jagged and will certainly cut your finger if you were unaware or maybe a child. The rest are just observations which wouldn’t affect your stay but maybe not what you would expect from a company of this stature. The chairs were both damaged, the desk chair because it was not ment to fit under the desk and rubs each time. The shower extractor is very rusty, as is the bottle opener, there is condensation damage to the bathroom mirror and mould on the shower wall holder. Would this stop me coming again? No, not at all as it fits my needs exactly.. I will mention the toilet flush though”

“We stayed here as a couple and really enjoyed it! The room isn’t super modern, but it’s cosy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was definitely the reception — open 24/7 and always so friendly and helpful. Huge thanks to Angie and Kosh for being amazing, they made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. We’d happily stay here again”

“Had lovely 3 night stay room ok and quite, had lovely breakfast every day i overhead some people moaning about running out of the hot buffet but with a large breakfast window and 20 random people turning up all at once what do you expect but the staff who were all very polite and friendly kept replenishing the food as quickly as possible it's better to have fresh and regular than food sitting there for ages as never as nice and it keeps there wastage down. I would stay again”

“I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn London Stratford! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location is unbeatable — just a few minutes’ walk from Westfield Stratford and excellent transport links. Great value for money and perfect for both business and leisure stays. “So the driver made a tiny detour and delivered our food to the wrong address. This was highly unusual. My orders from this restaurant always come at a good time and the food is always delicious and fresh. I had to explain a few times that my food hadn’t arrived when I called the restaurant but I was promised I would get me order sent again in half an hour. Not only did my food come a few minutes earlier but the gentleman who runs the restaurant drove the order himself and was very apologetic. Such good service and great food. A*”

“great place to dine with friends. lovely atmosphere. the staff are friendly and knowledgeable with their recommendations. you can literally go there and ask the staff what they would recommend and not even have to look at the menu. Nadim was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of, and even helped us with the birthday surprise. we also had to suddenly leave quickly toward the end of the dinner and they were efficient in helping us settle quickly. to each their own on whether it is expensive or not; we spent roughly £1400 for 4 people”

“Hilarious. The staff are wearing what looks like security cameras. I was sat near a couple that were having a loud and drunken argument. An old man was just staring at me from his pint of I assume some guest ale, then averted his gaze when I stared back. Staff member who took my order was the newest, poor thing looked suitably overwhelmed. 10/10 would visit again..”
