“We had the most incredible experience at Hounslow Urban Farm and I say that as a regular visitor. The staff are consistently friendly, calm and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care deeply about the animals and about giving children a proper, hands on experience rather than something rushed or staged. My son did the Ranger Experience for his birthday and he genuinely said it was the best day of his life. He fed the pigs, groomed a Shetland pony, fed and hugged the sheep and goats and was encouraged to get fully involved the whole time. The animals are clearly well loved and cared for and very friendly, which makes the experience feel safe, interactive and memorable rather than just observational. It feels personal, warm and thoughtfully run. As someone who visits regularly, I can honestly say the quality never drops. Highly recommend!”

“It was so heartbreaking to meet back to an islamic school right at the opposite corner close by from this hotel, 9 years after and discover that it is no more an Arabic school instead the students and Muslim teachers had relocated to a different far place, 3 years after.”

It says a lot about the coffee they create -- warm, fresh aroma packed with good vibes. The mozarella melt was tasty and delicious too. “Visited on a Thursday for Irish music night. The pub is lit with candles. It’s cosy and atmospheric. Music started around 9.30pm and it was traditional Irish music. Enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the toilets were clean. Outside garden available if needed.”

He was the only person who was working and to me was unacceptable as I'm coming from hospitality as well. He was so smooth and everything was perfect. I don't know this guy but who hired him should be lucky to have him.”
