The store is always spotless, well-organised, and stocked with a surprisingly wide range of products from everyday essentials to great snacks, fresh produce, and plenty of international items you don’t find everywhere. Prices are fair, and there are always good deals.”

I was then served on the till by the blonde member of staff who was friendly and I didn't feel rushed. Will come again instead of buying online.”

“Excellent Place, lots to choose from, based on Iceland products. Wide range of goods from frozen to tinned to packet food, small Electrical items. Parking lot is a bit fiddly with only one way out, with plenty of idiots pissballing about trying 8 attempts to reverse into a space. If they drove in forward or acted positively there would be no problems.”

Me and my partner had a lovely experience from the lady behind the til, we didn’t catch her name but she was blonde, glasses and butterfly tattoo on her neck, she was absolutely lovely she made conversation with us, she made us laugh and her customer service was spot on! Very rare in nowerdays society to have a decent chat with someone who’s actually down to earth and humerus. Thankyou so much to the lady that served us today 5 stars from us! “This is definitely the place to shop for families especially if you like to entertain and great for businesses too. There is a large variety of food, beverages, confectionery, alcohol and some electrical goods as well. The majority of the goods sold here are sold in large quantities or bulk. Costco has a very busy small/medium cafe with a limited menu. There is a very large car park, which is free to park, and just at the end of the car park is a handy petrol pump. Everything that I have seen is wheelchair friendly.”

Jodie has since manage to get my hair in a gorgeous condition since my first appointment and it’s finally healthy and growing. Couldn’t ask for better treatments, patience and staff. “We were served by Scott today and he was very friendly and helpful. My mum managed to get her curtains and cushions from the Thurrock store and we loved having a good look round all the departments. We also had a pot of tea in the cafe which was lovely. There’s so much to browse in store that we need a tea break! Dunelm is one of our favourite shops and we always head there first for beautiful quality housewares.”

“Charlie who served our table was really lovely. Great service with a smile, give her a pay rise. The whole team was really helpful and they seemed to want to be there. Charlie gave a hearty welcome and gave us a table explaining the online ordering process. The wait for the food was appropriate. And she checked to make sure everything was ok. I saw her support an elderly couple who were struggling with the whole QR code situation with their order. Overall I'm happy and will recommend, 4 stars as I thought the prices for what you get weren't great.”
