“I stayed here for a Dimash Qudaibergen concert on the 12th Nov, 2025 at the Ovo. The hotel was filled with dears (fans) from accross the world. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfie. Breakfast was also amazing, fresh variety of food, good value for money. Overall great hotel I can recommend.”

“Absolutely outrageous amount of food (in a good way). We got the mixed meat platters to share between 3, and some shrimps to have some variety, and we barely could get to the finish! We got a doggy bag to take home and it was delicious the day after too. Super tasty meats, especially the pulled pork and braised beef. Would only appreciate more sides of beans and coleslaw to offset the taste of the meat a bit more (definitely not because we were hungry).”

“Lovely sized room, helpful, chatty, friendly staff, lovely surroundings, good selection of breakfast food (including ham and cheese for the Continental breakfast!). Having stayed in half a dozen Premier Inns, I would say so far this is the Premier, Premier Inn. We got a complimentary glass of Prosecco each, whilst waiting for our taxi in the evening. The lovely lady staff member, who got us it, said that they give this to guests, to welcome them into the weekend. What a lovely, thoughtful, and added bonus for this experience. Although it varies from place to place, I have come to expect good service, rooms, and food from Premier Inn. They, as a company, help to make the experience.”

“I've got to say the staff at this Domino's are second to none. Friendly, consensus and happy to help. The location is immaculate through and they even provide a sitting area. I notice regular temp checks being conducted on the ingredients as well. Thank you one and all, "I'll be back"!”

“The ladies on reception are incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Mika (think that is her name!). Location excellent with the Underground Station next door and several bus routes stop outside. Have stayed here several times and just sorry that it is to close down in June 2026”

“We stay at a lot of Premier Inn’s when going on mini-breaks with the kids and this is probably the favourite one we’ve stayed in. Excellent location, close to Warner Bros / Harry Potter tour. Room (Quad / Family) was clean and spacious. Great air conditioning too. Breakfast (cooked by Frank) was delicious and well presented (Eggs were cooked to order). All of the staff (especially Marie/Maria) were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The whole place had a nice, relaxed vibe. Would definitely recommend.”

The buffet is always well-stocked and the staff keeps everything running smoothly. But what really makes this hotel stand out is the kindness of the staff. Every team member was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile. They made our stay even more enjoyable, always ready with local tips or just a kind word when needed. The location, just steps from Brixton station, is ideal for exploring London and also for experiencing the vibrant and authentic feel of the neighborhood. We’ll definitely be back. “There was a lovely young lady I could tell as soon as I entered the store this is because of the way she greeted me as I entered the shop this was my first time trying tortilla so I asked her for advice and she politely listed the menu and asking what I was looking for and what I liked. She was getting to know type of meal I wanted and was telling me how the wraps tasted and the other meals . She was very patient with me as I was indecisive and I am a very picky eater anyone else usually gets impatient and irritated when I ask questions as I am new to this country staying here for couples of months. Due to her being so kind a thoughtful I will definitely be returning to this place for the food and to be greeted by her warming atmosphere she provides. I ended up taking a quesadilla which tasted amazing! Give her a pay rise!!”

“I’m a regular customer at Domino’s and I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed. The shop is always spotless and beautifully kept, and the staff are absolutely lovely—so helpful and welcoming every single time. They always greet me with the biggest smile, which really makes a difference. As for the pizzas? Perfect, every time. Hot, fresh, and delicious. Couldn’t ask for better service or food. Highly recommend!”

“Really enjoyed our breakfast here! There was a great variety of fresh food, and the buffet was always well-stocked. The pastries were warm, fresh, and looked amazing. It’s a very family-friendly place too — there’s a little toy area for kids in the restaurant, which was a nice touch. Our table was downstairs, and we found a cozy little reading corner tucked away with lots of books. It made the whole space feel extra inviting. The staff were all really friendly and polite, and everything just felt well taken care of. Would definitely come back!”

“We arrived tired and hungry , everything was brilliant. Really warm welcome from Jan and Priya. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Foods really good value , rooms were lovely and clean. We’ll definitely be staying again. We stayed at the Premier Inn in Greenwich recently. Both visits were with Grand Children and it’s just so convenient that dinner and breakfast are on site . “I stayed one night at IBIS London Stratford. The room was simple (plastic feel, no fridge, and not the best heating), but the stay was really great thanks to the staff! Sagar was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone in the morning was smiling and kind, which made my day start in such a positive way. I also loved the free lemon and mint water they prepared—it was so refreshing! They even taught me how to make it at home. I’d definitely come back for the people and atmosphere!”

“A standard Premier Inn as you'd expect and looking like it has had a recent makeover. Our room was modern, clean with ample storage for our one night stay. Reception staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, even though the booking in process was a little slow, they were great. Water pressure is low, so washing shampoo out of a lot of hair, not a problem for me, but it was for my wife, takes a little while. Easy to drive to, just a few minutes off of the A13 and with several bus routes running past the hotel. I don't think we've stayed in a better Premier Inn.”

“Had a great stay here. Room was spacious enough for three people. The building is right next to the Overground station, but the windows point the opposite way, so it is not a problem. There are several cafes (with free wifi) on the ground floor. We could leave our luggage for free at reception outside check-in hours. Room: spacious (for London), clean, good towels and bed linen, USB charger slots, electrical tea can and cups in-room, dark blinders, large TV. All in all great value for the money. Highly recommend!”

“Great location for a good price, walking distance from King's Cross and the city. Very hospitable staff. Rooms comfortable and very quiet, didn't hear any traffic noise. Some communal areas could do with refurbishment, the reception area was pristine. Would book again!”
