“Fabulous! Gorgeous inside with a pretty conservatory type outside area at the back. Had the burger which was huge and delicious. Everything on the menu sounded delicious. “First time using this location. Blinding. Daughter loved it. Loads to do and we barely used half of what we could in the 2 hours. Soft play. Play stations and role playing sections. Craft table. Rides. Mazes. Ball pits. Loads of space and tables. Food included with the ticket was a bit weak and very basic. That could be better if I was really picky but we had a good time and will be returning.”

“Lovely hotel rooms are small but perfect the breakfast selection is not huge but perfect best mushrooms I have ever had so tasty. It is just beside the tube which has you to heatrow in 45 minutes or less it is right beside the O2 in Shepard's bush loads of restaurants and bars around. The hotel lobby is very relaxing with its furnishings and soft light we could sit and relax before getting our flight home.”

“I have stayed for three days with my sister, I cannot recommend enough this hotel. Location is perfect in a peaceful street a stone away from Oxford street. Really convenient to explore London. Customer service is just brilliant they were lovely, extremely helpful and great professionals. The standard room is not huge however spotless, quiet and the comfiest bed I’ve tried in London so far.
