The whole process with Martins & co was very professional and so easy. I would highly recommend them.”

I’ve just had ACL surgery here and was quite apprehensive before as this was my first operation, however each and everyone of the staff members from the physios to the nurses, the surgeon, anesthesiologist, reception, overnight staff etc were all amazing. The food was great, the call button service was instant, and the nurses always looked genuinely happy and willing to care for my every need. Even after leaving the care continues from extensive and tailored information on how to recover in the most optimal way. I’d highly recommend this establishment.”

We were privileged to be looked after by Safal, Kiera, and Cnizard, who provided exceptional F&B service. “We had a fantastic stay at the new Hilton Woking. The breakfast was deffinitely a standout and worth a visit even if you're not staying at the hotel. Beautiful views and a spread that truly felt a cut above any other Hilton we’ve tried in the UK. All staff are great, but Evelyn made our mornings extra special with her friendly and attentive service. As Diamond members, we felt valued right away and were upgraded to a lovely suite, which was a real bonus. The Executive Lounge was also fantastic- comfortable, with a great selection of drinks and snacks. Can’t recommend this new Hilton enough for anyone visiting the area.”

“This Hotel/Pub was the perfect location for us. We were visiting a family member recovering from major surgery but also wanted to explore the area. We were not disappointed as Woking (cinema & Theatre) and the ‘Saturn Way’ were on our doorstep. As regards the hotel we were greeted by Lee who set a wonderful first impression. Nothing was too much trouble for him and the rest of the staff. The room had recently been refurbished to a high standard and was immaculately clean and comfortable. The pub itself had a wonderful relaxing atmosphere and the food was very tasty. Big thank you to Lee, Nessie and the rest of the staff for making our stay memorable. Free parking a big bonus.”

“I've probably eaten in every curry house within ten miles of the Balaka. the food here is by far the tastiest and most varied. the Chicken naga is wonderful . The flavours are just so much better than anywhere else in the vicinity. Highly recommended.”

Just a bit improve self service check outs if barcode not reading then you have to wait a bit long for Assistance to login and some check out machine unable to read bank notes tried different notes but result was the same then paid by Bank Card for just £5.18 Shopping kindly try to fix bank note reader overall all excellent.”

“Swim every week with my son & have a second fun trip to the leisure pool too when I've time. There's a sauna next to the main (competition) pool. Plenty of showers - cubicle & open. Clean changing rooms. Entry is very reasonable. You need a returnable £1 coin for lockers. Nice cafe.”
