“Rubix Events were lovely, professional and reasonably priced! They provided a compact photo booth with red carpet treatment and props, we requested to print our photos out and the quality was very good - we even got to have custom filter for the party! They also provided number lights which lit up the room! They were prepared with their own lighting as well and were discreet, as this was a surprise birthday set up - it all went smoothly. They also had a person on standby all night to help guests with the booth. From booking to the actual event they did an amazing job and I would certainly hire them again~”

Adela was so kind to assist us about collecting our car from nearby mall where we parked. The hotel has a strategic location, it’s surrounded with good restaurants. “Our first time at Flip out, Croydon. We had our son's birthday there today. It was great and the staff were fantastic. Priyanka was our party host and we could not have asked for any more from her. Even though they were very busy, she was always smiling and ready to help with any requests. Nothing was too much to ask. It was an excellent service all round and the place was fun for the kids. This isn’t the first time she has attended to me, and each experience with her has been nothing short of excellent. The very first time I came here, the lift wasn’t working and I had very heavy luggage. I was stressed, but Rashmi handled the situation with so much patience, kindness, and calmness. She reassured me, made me feel completely at ease, and even arranged a room closer so that it wouldn’t be difficult or tiring for me. That thoughtful gesture has stayed with me. Since then, every time I’ve returned, Rashmi has always shown the same level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness. She remembers guests, she listens, and she truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is comfortable. People like Rashmi are the reason guests return. “It's nice that Croydon has this cinema. It's a real asset for a town centre that is being decimated at every turn. It's unique in that it's tucked away, even though it's in the very centre, just by the Town Hall. With just 65 seats, it's very independent-minded, with a screening more or less daily. The staff really want to assist. I shall definitely return.”

“This is an absolutely fabulous park in Norwood. There are beautiful open spaces to walk your dog and lovely paths under trees. There is a huge lake which is home to many birds and wildlife. Very relaxing part of London. Can’t recommend enough to spend some time walking here and it is surprisingly quiet.”

“Great old fashioned footballers pub tucked away in a side street. Very acceptable beer reasonable priced served by lovely smiling ladies. Of course that night everyone was ecstatic we had just beaten the Arsenal 3-0. !!!.”

“Lovely pub! Service was friendly and efficient. The pub was clean both inside and outside. There is a terrace at the back with some table and booths. The booths are equipped with heaters so you can enjoy them during all seasons. Food was nice and portions were sufficient for a group of 4. Toilets were clean. I would recommend this pub for any type of event. You can enjoy a pint with friends, or a party with colleagues. They also have live music sometimes so check the board at the entrance for information.”

“Great place with very accommodating staff who pre-warned us the kids may not be able to manage the Junior karts & made sure they took it seriously. We took 3x 8 year olds for a birthday outing, they all had a fantastic time & luckily did manage for their 1st time! All good kit supplied & easily accessible from the tram. Only small downside was the ladies & gents toilets that could do with improving/clean as lots of cobwebs & a bit grimy, but it had all the basic facilities needed.”

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us including setting up table tennis! The DJ mixed in our favourite requests and kept us dancing through the night. Amy and the team were absolutely brilliant in making the whole thing work. We pre-ordered food, which was waiting for us when we arrived. Staff stayed late especially - which was amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate us and could not have been friendlier or more helpful. It was a lovely event - good food, reasonably priced and brilliant staff.
