“Peter had already finished and was already saying bye to his college, but when I ran out of time and my automated cashier locked, he came.over to unlock it for me. He then proceeded to tell the people queuing where the right queue was. He already was changed and had his shoulder bag in him. That customer service was free. A caring professional. A very nice gentleman too. My name is Lucas and I have been in security for over 17 years and in the customer service and detailing industry for over Twenty years. “8/10/25: I am a local and I like this Tesco. Staff work hard, the older gentleman on the door (security) is always polite and charming and they have a good range of products both fresh and discounted. In 2025, I understand it is easy to get annoyed and frustrated quickly at certain things including the giant corporation that is Tesco, but the workers are working hard and giving it their best in my humble opinion. Evri: I can see lots of negative feedback on Evri from this branch. Today I sent a parcel from there - I did print the label myself at home, I strongly recommend doing this to avoid the dreaded printer not working. I also saw a woman picking up a package. I don’t know if this is a push on their part to be better or whether the staff turn off Evri scanner and printer in busy periods/instructed to by management but again, be polite, print your own label and hopefully this will help. The guy on the counter at 5pm was very polite and helpful. Thanks for reading.”

“The bully manager is finally gone, and the staff are so much happier now. In the past, the previous manager talked down to employees, even siding with rude patients, and I even witnessed staff being shouted at — it created a very negative environment. Since the change, things have completely turned around and the difference is clear to see. The pharmacist is excellent and always helpful. I’d definitely recommend coming here now. “Massive improvement in service and atmosphere.”

“This is one of the best convenience stores i have ever visited. The owners are very friendly and extremely welcoming and the inside of the store looks really modern and very clean. The store is neatly arranged and has a very good organisation system that you can clearly see where all the products are and they are always stocked up so never have to worry about the products not being there and even if there isn’t, the owner will personally make sure that is stocked up for the next time you come which i think is excellent customer service. I visit this store everyday because it has everything i need and so i recommend it to everyone.”
