She helped me choose the pork belly ramen - something I’d never tried before - and it was absolutely the right choice: comforting, flavourful, and perfect for the cold weather. Fatima was genuinely warm and personable, and even took a moment to be sweet and engaging with my mom on FaceTime. It was such a small gesture, but it made the whole experience feel really human and memorable. Service like that is exactly why I keep coming back to Wagamama. “I came looking for a particular sized shirt as I had just got measured by a tailor in a suit shop and upon just the sight of me when I walked into the shop, they were able to tell me the size of shirt I should be wearing without having to measure me. When I tried the shirt they gave me, I promptly bought one in that size rather than the recommended one by the tailor at the other shop.”

“This is my second time using this garages service. I have found the staff to be very polite and friendly. They don't talk down to you and give valid advice regarding your vehicle. I would highly recommend this company. I need things done to my car which are not vital but could get worse if not dealt with. They told me what needs to be done without putting pressure on me. They are very matter of fact with their advice, which makes you trust them. I am extremely happy with this garage and glad my friend encouraged me to use them.”

“Visited today for a 4pm appointment. Although had uploaded everything online and only came for biometrics all in all took 1 hour. Outside was not busy like the other pics, no need to wear mask unless you want to. Inside there were plenty of people and the agent I had was very informative and friendly. Parking was done nearby Ruskin Square Car Park: very secure and clean, unlike other car parks I've seen nearby. I don't know if it's normal practice or because it's Friday, around 4:20pm to 4:30 pm they were letting in people who had appointment at 5pm.”

The hotel has such an amazing vibe to it for such a cheap price. Theres so many stores nearby, me and my friend went to an asian convenience store nearby! You NEED to come here!”

She is particularly great with dealing with difficult customers that TFC attracts. The bakery section is always fresh when she is there, very clean and difficult to stay away from!
