She is very professional and discreet and gives wonderful (and importantly) firm massages! I go to her for facials and mani/pedis too, which are always done to a high standard. They even hoovered and cleaned up the cabin inside of the car which I didn't expect. No exaggerated pricing on the advisory notes and will be taking my car back to them to go ahead with works on the advisory section of the service notes.
