The water temperature was perfectly warm, there were 2 hot tubs and plenty of rides, of which 3 were long. The decor was artistic, featuring model fishes and some rocky landscaping between things. Also there was a wave machine and enough space to swim laps in the 1.5 metres end.”

“Stayed here on business and I noticed straight away was the staff were so attentive and very welcoming. Really nice after a long day travelling! Very relaxing bar area lined in tall glass windows with a very creative bookcase. I didn’t eat there but the restaurant did look good. My room was lovely and comfortable. Clean for sure with a bath and shower which was welcome. Definitely somewhere I would stay again not just for the hotel but also the convenience of being able to walk and eat at very close by places.”

“Booked Hillside Farm Barn for a 2 night stay. Its easy accessible from London but feels like a complete different place! Such a lovely, quiet area and the studio itself is stunning. Personally thought it was larger than expected and everything you need is in there. Nigel and Vicky are very friendly and helpful and staying here had a much more personal touch than any hotel. Planned to venture out on the Saturday but the weather wasn't great so stayed in and binge watched movies instead (the TV has access to netflix, iPlayer, chromecast etc). Can't wait to stay again but for longer as 2 nights flew by!”

“I cannot rate Katie highly enough! Our previously bonded rabbits had a big fight the day before we were due to drop them off with Katie and she was amazing! She sorted out the accommodation so that they could see each other but not access each other and she gave them their medicine for a week and took them to the vet for a follow up check. It was such a relief to know they were in safe hands! Katie was also very quick to respond whenever my children asked for photo updates! Thank you so much!”

“We have taken all of our three Wolfhounds to Beth who all absolutely loved her. She has (and is with our latest - No 3 Dexter) so caring and professional. Even her greeting to us humans is always with a smile. Considering we have had large dogs, this has never been an issue with Beth, on the contrary, she is so relaxed and confident with them. They have all come out looking and smelling lovely. We would recommend Beth 100% - even after moving out of the area, we are more than happy to travel 45 minutes for her expert service. “Visited the Runnymede hospital mainly for physio. My allocated physiotherapist was Joseph who has been amazing. He really listened to me throughout my visits and adjusted my exercises to match my many varied needs. He’s clearly very knowledgeable, in addition to exercises he also told my about shockwave therapy which is a noninvasive therapy (much better than blanket steroid injections typically offered by other therapists for pain management) and promotes actual healing. If I ever needed physiotherapy again I wouldn’t hesitate to book an appointment with Joseph. Thank you so much for everything!”

“We honestly can’t thank the team at Aurua enough for everything they did for our dog, Leo. From the very first consultation to the all-clear after his surgery, their care, communication, and kindness were faultless. Leo’s Journey: Leo is our 4-year-old Chug, and earlier this year, we discovered a lump on his prepuce. It turned out to be a cutaneous mast cell tumour. Understandably, we were worried, but once we were referred to Aurua, we felt confident we were in the right hands. Surgery & Timeline: The whole process moved quickly and smoothly. We had an oncology consultation on 12th March, and Leo had surgery to remove the tumour on 21st March. Everything went well, and he came home the same day. We went back for a follow-up and stitch removal on 11th April, and the recovery since has been brilliant no sign of the tumour returning, and Leo is totally back to himself. • 1st Feb: Initial diagnosis • 26th Feb: Fine Needle Aspiration • 12th March: Oncology consultation • 21st March: Surgery • 11th April: Follow-up & stitch removal • Now: Full recovery and no further issues Communication & Care: Every single person we dealt with at Aurua was lovely kind to Leo, and kind to us. He gets a bit nervous in clinical settings, but they were gentle, calm, and reassuring the whole way through. They kept us updated at every stage and always explained things clearly, without being overly clinical. We felt genuinely cared for. Cost & Insurance: We were quoted £5,000 to £6,000. The total bill for Leo’s treatment was £5,985.21. Our insurance (Animal Friends) covered £2,000 of that for the tumour, with a £99 excess. Aurua were brilliant in helping us handle the claims process, it was all clearly explained, and there were no surprises. Outcome:We’re so relieved to say that Leo is now cancer-free. He’s back to bouncing around the house and being his cheeky self. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Final Thoughts:If you’re looking for a vet who’ll treat your pet like their own, keep you informed, and go the extra mile, Aurua is absolutely the place. “I booked my Smart car in here recently, as I wasn't 100% satisfied with another local Smart specialist. All I can say is, so far I'm impressed! A major service, and the car now runs very well, including no glitches which I was experiencing before. The engineer, Sash, went through what they did in detail when I collected it. From booking with Michelle on reception, to collection, this was a very good experience. Don't hesitate to pay the deposit and wait a few weeks to be seen, as these guys know what they are doing. “I recently attended for wisdom teeth extraction with Rita Mirchandani and her dental nurse. I am anxious about the dentist and was fearful of this appointment due to a previous bad experience with tooth extraction. Rita and the nurse were really supportive, I found it helpful that i was given lots of psychoeducation about the procedure. They allowed me to listen to my music throughout the procedure which i found helpful. The extraction didn't take long and i haven't had any complications, which has been a relief. I also found the education about dental hygiene and brush technique really helpful.”

“I spent 3 nights when I came to settle my daughter at the University of Surrey. It’s located in a calm area that can be easily reached by car. Its private car park in front of the property can accommodate 8-10 cars. It has a beautiful garden to enjoy in a sunny day, even to work remotely with the internet available. Nothing to complain about in the room, all tidy and clean, with a comfortable bed. A nice breakfast was included in the price when I booked directly after checking it on the booking sites.”
