“Brilliant service from start to finish. My Raymond Weil needed a replacement battery and having bought it from this store 3 years ago I decided to return and see if they could help me. From the moment I was there the customer service was brilliant, I asked for the clasp to be adjusted at the same time which they said was no bother, a pleasant surprise!! I was given the receipt and told that in two weeks time I would be called and told when it’s ready for collection. True to their word two weeks later I received the call and told it was all finished. I collected the watch that was back to working perfectly, the clasp was fixed at no additional cost and I could see it had been looked after as their wasn’t a mark on it! I was skeptical due to it being a chain as you never quite know what to expect but the Guildford store does Ernest Jones proud! Will definitely be using again.”

They had the exact style boot he wanted and in half sizes also which is an absolute plus! He also purchased a jumper but they didn't have his size in store so the young gentleman ordered it online for him. “Hi i shopped in Guildford JD this morning paid with cash , 2 young women served me and kept me waiting for ages going through the notes not just once but about 3-4 times then they said It was against the Law to accept a note with a bit of writing on it ( no it isn't i checked with my bank ) , then 1 went off for ages to “ check “ it was ok , their attitude was disgraceful made me feel like i was doing something wrong , ive shopped in there for years but never been made to feel like that or kept so long being served , very shoddy customer service .”
