The rooms are very large and clean, the kitchen is functional, views are amazing and the hotel is located close to transportation hubs, shopping, restaurants. Again, location is amazing! They have laundry room free of charge for the apartments but they don’t clean them as they should. Room cleaning comes every 3 days but they are really helpful and responsive if you ask for new towels and toiletries. Receptionists are nice but not always helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would choose it again on my next visit.”

The room was clean and modern with nice and convenient touches plus daily housekeeping kept it fresh. The shower/bath was lovely too. The location was also nice as well with Kensington High St a short walk away with shops, cafes, restaurants and a tube station. I would for sure stay there again next time I’m in London.”
