All of our guests were wowed by the vintage bar and my husband and I had time to actually mingle with our guests the whole time, as the barmen took care of absolutely everything: set up of bar, serving drinks and clean up. “After staying at dozens of Holiday Inns in the USA this came as an amazing surprise as the level of service and standards was far far higher than expected. The rooms, although somewhat cozy felt brand new and the bed and pillows were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and extensive and the only thing that detracted from the experience was the fact that there were rampaging, yelling and screaming children running roughshot all throughout the dining and buffet area. Would definitely stay here again, but will bring earplugs now down to the restaurant.”

“I had tried to drop off of 3 parcels for UPS pickup at a place in Addlestone but i didn't trust the assistant as i didn't receive an email or sms receipt. I took my parcels back from them and called around and found JK Beers and wines. I spoke to Santosh who understood my situation and was able to checkin my parcels remotely to show me that sms or email receipts should be received which they were. I didn't mind driving 13 miles to JK Beers and wines the next morning to drop my parcels off because of the great service Santosh afforded me. He was proactive, honest and helpful - taking time to explain how the ups process is supposed to work. Santosh is great. PLEASE USE JK BEERS AND WINE FOR YOUR PARCEL DROP OFF, THEYRE FAB! “Stopped here for a bite to eat while waiting for my flight, honestly, I'm pretty shocked at the low review of this place, it was pretty good! I decided to get the meat pie of the day which was a steak pie and it came with gravy, mashed potatoes and heated greens. For an airport, I don't know what more you could ask for. Sure, it was pricy, loud, and busy, but it's an airport. If you're here looking for a luxury quant experience I suggest touching grass instead.”

“Hilarious. The staff are wearing what looks like security cameras. I was sat near a couple that were having a loud and drunken argument. An old man was just staring at me from his pint of I assume some guest ale, then averted his gaze when I stared back. Staff member who took my order was the newest, poor thing looked suitably overwhelmed. 10/10 would visit again..”
