The lovely people at Twickenham Tyres and Exhausts rapidly identified the problem at short notice and were able to quickly repair it at a remarkably reasonable price. From searching online for a decent dentist to making an appointment for a consultation to then beginning my treatment with Abi, I knew I was in good hands. Each step of the process was professionally explained to me which not only helped my understanding, but also alleviated any fears I may have had. My dental health has dramatically improved and brushing and cleaning technique has also altered so as to maintain the very high standard of work that I've received. Over the many years that I've visited numerous dentists I've never had one that broke everything down to me, which really did help immensely. “Extremely well-located Lebanese restaurant - at the heart of Twickenham’s high street area. I mostly opt for takeaways. The restaurant is small but cosy. The food is delicious with a large vegetarian selection. Busy at all hours but the staff is mostly friendly! I liked the dishes, the crockery and the place has a buzz during the day, especially on weekends. On a recent dine-in we tried the yoghurt & cucumber starter dish, a couple of vegetarian wraps and a Meze platter for one - which was especially good value for even two people, if accompanied with a selection of 3 or so savouries! Tasty food and at good value. The staff are friendly and cordial, but the service isn’t exemplary - if only because the place is really busy at most times and staff are busier with the preparation. Even so, it’s the kind of local diner you’d find yourself visiting fairly frequently. I recommend it !”

“mouna is a one in a million hairdresser. she’s the only person i trust with my hair. i have always found it hard to word what i want when in a salon, but mouna only needs a little information to get her started and she uses that to surprise you with a colour or style better than you’d ever imagined was possible. she’s a real artist and i’m loathed to sing her praises because it might make booking her harder next time!!! but i can’t let such a talent go without praise. fingers crossed she’ll be there when i need her for my wedding hair! headmasters you have a star here!!”

“Amazing little store. Wide assortiment of Hungarian spices, sweets, cakes, drinks etc. in the heart of Twickenham. They even sell some books in Hungarian. They were very kind and helpful. My wife was extremely happy to find this treasure.”

“We went to the restaurant a couple of weeks ago as we wanted to try some authentic Italian food. The service is provided directly by the owner and it feels like you were in some place in Italy. Food was the best quality we have tried in the UK. Again, it makes you feel you are in Italy. The chef cuisine was fantastic and the even combined one of the pizzas with the famous “Porchetta”. Being Spanish, I felt the taste and warmth of the Mediterranean. Really pleased with the experience and 200% recommended”

“I bought a Carerra bike for my son last week from Halfords in Twickenham (Ivy Bridge), and received great service. I went back a few days later to enquire about fitting a gear guard or derailer cover to the bike. Other staff members were not sure it was possible as they had not fitted one before to that bike. However Johno attended to me and went to look at the derailer of the same bike ion display in the store and worked out the best way to fit a gear guard on. As I walk with a crutch, and my son’s bike was in the car, Johno offered to come out to the car and fit gear guard to the cycle while it was still in the car. What brilliant service and Johno is a real credit to the organisation as nothing was too much trouble.”

“First time at this particular PI and the difference between here and the one up the road (London Twickenham Stadium) are poles apart. There is parking but we turned up around 21:00 and I was lucky to find a spot; the car park does serve the Beefeater next door. The front door is automatic which is handy when you have a lot of bags but the inner doors are manual. We were greeted by a friendly, very helpful and enthusiastic member of staff. Our room was on the first floor (no lift) at the front of the building and although there was a busy main road and a bus stop outside it wasn’t that noisy. The room and bathroom seem bigger and as usual the bed is very comfortable. The wardrobe/ shelving unit is lovely and big, easily fits 4 days of our clothes and four big shelves for all your other bits. In this PI the rooms have A/C and having bus stops outside is an added bonus. Only negative is that the toilets don’t flush very well.”

“Nigel has been dogsitting for us for about four years now and we trust him implicitly. He sends photos and videos throughout the day so we can see what our dog is getting up to, and it's clear he genuinely cares about each dog he looks after - tailoring his approach to their specific needs.”
