“Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff and the specialist I spoke to was extremely professional, honest and informative. London is full of so called “clinics” that essentially consist of medical professionals telling you anything in order to get you to spend exorbitant amounts of money on things you don’t actually need. I was dealt with here in an honest and forthright manner but with also a great personal touch that really made it feel like the specialist was there to provide me with the best and most pragmatic treatment for me. Would highly recommend especially to the skeptics who have a few trust issues with clinics ripping you off; these guys are phenomenal.”

“Excellent care and service from this team of knowledgeable vets and nurses. My cats have been going there for 8 years since it first opened. My Tosca suffered from hyperthyroidism and they managed to get her diagnosis correct after I tried two other vets before. She flourished and carried on living another 7 beautiful years until 23. Their in clinic services range from your routine clinical care to acupuncture and access to specialist services such as ophthalmology. All the vets are up to speed on the latest treatment and research which means a lot when you are dealing with geriatric cats. The office and reception team is professional and empathetic. Even during Covid I felt supported in getting the medical needs of my cats met. Yes it is pricy however knowing that my cats are in the best possible care means the world to me and all the prices are communicated clearly beforehand so there are no nasty surprises.”

“We had gone in for a scan to see if our dog had pups and found out with 5 mins of being there aswell as we had trouble getting to the address because of traffic but the person who was in charge of the scan was extremely understanding for us being so late. Very highly recommended.”

“I was in Pain and agony for 2 days and i had been to 2 other dentists, who prescribed me medication and asked me to wait. However, the pain kept getting worse. When i visited Dr Khalid he immediately recommended extraction after looking at the X-ray. Thankfully i have been without pain since the extraction and been able to have a good night’s sleep. “The Best Urologist- A true godsend, and a credit to his profession, Dr. Imad- El Mohtar. I cannot recommend Dr. Imad highly enough. Personal experience two weeks back: Got some medical condition that needed a urologist and can fairly say I was lucky to reach out to him at Northway clinic. He immediately adviced me and took action and treated me there. He thouroughly explained me the condition, side effects etc. What truly sets him apart is his patience and willingness to answer every single question. Not only this he checked upon me over email and adviced on the test results. He never rushes during consultations and gives you his full, undivided attention, making you feel heard and cared for. If you are looking for a brilliant urologist , look no further. I highly recommend him to anyone. Or you can msg me to speak of his credentials. Further, the reception department at Northway clinix is unmatched too. The staff tries their best effort to book appointment and even reschedule. Generally in many clinics in London I found reception person rude but here all people are so caring and really think of the partient's best time utilization. Fair ro say, clinic does not charge exorbitant prices at all. It's way too less than private clinics at Harley street, and some businesses in Canary wharf. The kind of treatment you can get is much higher than the money you will spent in the clinic. Trust me.”

“One of the best experiences I have had for a long time. This particular Dr was able to prescribe the antibiotic , whilst checking the type of infection to confirm the correct medication. If it had not been correct, I would have been told to stop and take a newly prescribed one. In the past no one has bothered to check what type of infection it is when prescribing antibiotics and I have been given the same ( which did not work) or 3 different ones( one after the other). Really not good. A pleasant and positive feeling with this Dr.”

“I just want to leave a review after going to another dentist practice in Wallington and seeing the difference. I wanted my usual hygienist professional clean that I have with Maryam at Confidental, but obviously closer to home. Let me tell you that Maryam does a really thorough job compared to other practitioners. I can literally feel the space between my teeth once my cleaning is done with her. She uses nice quality products and always teaches me something new. My dental hygiene has improved massively with her, from using interdental brushes, to buying an electric toothbrush and getting a special toothpaste prescription. She definitely knows what she’s doing and does it well. Overall I’ve been with this practice for years, I can’t even remember, I did a crown with them, Invisalign with Dr Korush and every time the job is spectacularly well done. I have no complaints whatsoever and I’m someone with high standards generally speaking. I totally recommend this practice, you’re in good hands with them.”

“Dr. Khalid is the only dentist I've been seeing in the last year and a half. My teeth have seen too many breaks and fillings in the past couple of years, which I've only had temporary work done by private dentists to fix! She is upfront about costs and I knew she truly cared about the state of my teeth when she took her time to ensure the filling on my broken tooth was done properly and carefully. “The customer care in this dentist is beyond incredible from the receptionists to my dental surgeon 'Dr. Sung Kim'. I haven't had any other dentist work on me so i can't comment for them but i imagine their standards are just as high.
